Nice location we have stayed at many units in Majestic Sun and love the complex itself.But this condo is a very small unit with no storage. No table to eat at, hard metal stools to sit on at the bar.The BR has a king size bed, 2 metal end stands and a small hotel like stand for your suitcase and a mounted TV Very small closet in the bathroom.Guess it Is ok for a weeks stay but we had booked a month. Beautifully decorated and clean unit, well stocked kitchen.

Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed the cozy feeling of 208B. Beach access was very easy to get to. Parking was a little crowded but over all we had a great stay. We will definitely be booking again!

Great place all around

Fabulous location and probably one of the best decorated condos we've stayed in. Nice appliances, 2nd floor, great views, walking distance to restaurants, everything needed was provided. The only negative was storage place for clothes but who cares its the beach. Would love to stay again.

Never disappoints!

This is our “regular” place to stay, as we visit 2 times per year (Spring & Fall). We can’t seem to find anywhere else that is as clean, close to all the things and a beautiful view of the ocean!

Almost like home!!

We stay in 208B every time we come. There are no negatives to this location nor the unit. The beach view is amazing and difficult to leave, after the week is over. We already booked our fall 2023 trip and have a countdown on our phone!!!! See you soon!!!

Majestic Sun 208B - 3rd Stay

Our visit, once again, was great! No complaints with the condo. Took one star away, this time, for our only complaint with the actual compound, the pool was packed out, everyday, so we couldn’t enjoy it! However, if you aren’t one to be at the pool, this is a wonderful location! Love love love!!

A wonderful week.

Everything was fantastic. Wish we didn't have to leave. The only issue we had, maintenance showed up 2 days in a row unannounced. Would like to have had some notice. The view was great. The room was clean. The quest portal is ideal. Thanks for a wonderful time.

It was filled with cockroaches everywhere and had bed bugs as well. DO NOT STAY HERE whatsoever!! We had to cancel our entire stay here and they would not refund our stay! Please save your money and go somewhere else!

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for this unpleasant experience while on vacation. This unit an all Majestic Sun units are on a monthly pest control service. Looking back into your file I do see where a professional pest service found dead roaches and a few live. There were no bed bugs found in the unit whatsoever. I also see where we did refund your stay minus the one night that you stayed in the unit. We can assure you that these matters have since been rectified and the property has passed a rigorous home inspection and cleaning process. Great condo - good location

Condo was updated & decorated so nicely. Perfect space for me, my husband & our son. 2nd floor made it easy to get to and from. The negatives are the master king bed. It’s super loud & squeaky! Every time my husband or I would move or roll over it would wake the other person up. Also, the cleaning job could be better & the place definitely needs some paint touch up throughout. Also no blow dryer in room so I had to go buy one-never had that in any condo before. Property is in a good spot. You can walk to a few restaurants & a coffee shop. The pool is ok-seemed a tad old & water was dirty but was fine. Overall great stay! Would definitely return.

Beautiful view, needs a deep clean.

The condo itself is cute, view is great, close to restaurants and shops. The first day the tub completely plugged—-wouldn’t drain at all and almost over flowed. The faucet the water comes out of in the tub is about to fall off the shower. My 1 year old could have easily ripped it out. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced, all of our feet and the baby’s legs were black within a hour. Tile floor needs a deep steam clean as well.

Almost Amazing!

Amazing view! We have stayed at other beach front locations and still had to walk for what felt like miles to reach the water. This place is just a few feet from the water! The location is great! The property grounds are great! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very clean! Contactless check-in was perfect! My only complaint about Majestic Sun is the elevator sensors. They don’t recognize objects very well and caught my 3yo in between the doors fairly tight before opening back up. It scared her pretty bad now she has a slight fear of elevators. That being stated, we were really pleased with Majestic Sun. Now for the room, overall it was wonderful. I emailed before our arrival to see what kind of coffee maker was in the room and was told a kcup and carafe brewers were both available in the room. When we arrived, we had two carafe brewers. We had only packed Kcups for our trip. With a quick email to Ocean Reef, they quickly sent us a new kcup brewer and a broom! (we didn’t have one in our room.) Amazing service, Ocean Reef! We also had several drain plug issues. All the sinks seemed to have the drain plug pulls broken off them so we had to use a case knife to get the drain plugs pulled out. Another email was sent and they delivered some silicon drain plugs for us to use for our stay. That worked great for us and I’m sure they will fix the original ones. A couple light bulbs were blown. One in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. I did send them an email so I expect they will fix these before the next guest arrive. It didn’t hinder our stay at all. We had PLENTY light even with those two blown bulbs. Now for the nitty gritty.....I think the room was surface clean, but I do think it is in need of a good deep cleaning. The bathroom shower tile was a little hazy and could use a scrub. The shower curtain liner was soap scum stained and needs to be replaced. The living room planked wall has dirty finger prints on it. It’s a white wall and it’s hard to keep that clean, I’m sure. Again, these are things that a deep clean would really take care of. Overall we LOVED our stay! We plan to come back next year! Thanks, Ocean Reef for a awesome place to make lifelong memories with our family!
