This was the perfect property for a large group of friends 2 dogs! Everyone had their own room and the kitchen was well stocked. Great porch area as well. This house is super close to the main Granby Ranch area and a quick drive to Grand Lake. Owners were responsive and would 100% stay here again in the future!

The house was perfect for our family reunion! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, with beautiful views. The deck was perfect for spending time together in the evenings and the open kitchen and living room were perfect for preparing, serving and enjoying meals together. Having 3 refrigerators and a drink fridge was very helpful too!

The house was a good size, there were a variety of firm and soft beds, the space was comfortable. If traveling with someone who has mobility concerns, the floor is uneven and will snag your shoes. There is a variety of smaller pots and pans, but if you’re cooking for a large crew bring a larger skillet. The room with twin size beds downstairs is right next to the stairs and they are very loud when someone is walking up or down them. There is good hot water and water pressure. The location is convenient and quiet. Overall the house could use some maintenance, on things such as the deck and tile floor. There are several washers and dryers available for use and the hot tub is clean and warm. The host was responsive and able to explain how to handle a few issues we were experiencing.

Great accommodations for large groups. It's not super fancy but it fulfilled our needs. It's nice to have your own private bedroom that you can shut the door and have privacy. Mostly all king beds which is nice. The steamroom was a nice surprise.Great neighborhood and super close to the grocery store.

Great Rental, Great location!

This place is sweet; two hot tubs, heated floors, room for the whole family, and with Granby Ranch right there, the property is a perfect family ski getaway, and felt like a home away from home by the time we had to time to leave <3 will definitely return!

Very spacious place. Had lots of room for our group of 20. One of the hot tubs was out of order during our stay. Kitchen has decent stock of silverware and cups. Cooking wise, there's not a great selection. But we made it work just fine. Lower bathrooms are on the small side, and the toilets flush slower (it's a downstairs, and to be expected). But the fridge space was fabulous. 3 fridges, and one is a big commercial one. 2 smaller freezers. This cabin is close to a lake, hiking, and climbing. Everything was within a 20 minute drive. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. Great mountain views. Quiet area. There a decent amount of parking, we had 7 cars there.

2025 Ski Trip

Very accommodating, we had a large group that this house handled easily. The large kitchen/living room area provided enough space for us all to hang out and eat comfortably. The location to Granby and the ski lodge was perfect. Definitely would stay again!

Youth Group Ski Trip

This property was the perfect spot for our youth ski trip to stay. Plenty of space and entertainment for all. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The home was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, which made it perfect for our group to relax and spend time together. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful mountain views! It was such a peaceful place to wake up and unwind.What really stood out was how welcoming the whole experience felt. There were so many thoughtful little touches around the home that made it clear a lot of care goes into making people feel at home. Will was an exceptional host. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure our group had a great stay. He really made all the difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip and a lovely place to stay. Between the space, the scenery, and Will’s great hosting, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have never seen an 11 bedroom vrbo..this really is..large deck..2 hot tubs..sauna..multiple grills..2 fire pits..large tvs everywhere. Right across from the grocery store..Not much more a person could ask for!

The size and amenities of this property met the needs of all our age groups! They even had portable highchairs and 3 pack-n-plays.
