This was the perfect property for a large group of friends 2 dogs! Everyone had their own room and the kitchen was well stocked. Great porch area as well. This house is super close to the main Granby Ranch area and a quick drive to Grand Lake. Owners were responsive and would 100% stay here again in the future!

The house was perfect for our family reunion! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, with beautiful views. Great accommodations for large groups. It's not super fancy but it fulfilled our needs. It's nice to have your own private bedroom that you can shut the door and have privacy. Very spacious place. Had lots of room for our group of 20. One of the hot tubs was out of order during our stay. Kitchen has decent stock of silverware and cups. Cooking wise, there's not a great selection. But we made it work just fine. Lower bathrooms are on the small side, and the toilets flush slower (it's a downstairs, and to be expected). But the fridge space was fabulous. 3 fridges, and one is a big commercial one. 2 smaller freezers. This cabin is close to a lake, hiking, and climbing. Everything was within a 20 minute drive. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. Great mountain views. Quiet area. There a decent amount of parking, we had 7 cars there.

This place is sweet; two hot tubs, heated floors, room for the whole family, and with Granby Ranch right there, the property is a perfect family ski getaway, and felt like a home away from home by the time we had to time to leave <3 will definitely return!

We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The home was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, which made it perfect for our group to relax and spend time together. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful mountain views! It was such a peaceful place to wake up and unwind.What really stood out was how welcoming the whole experience felt. There were so many thoughtful little touches around the home that made it clear a lot of care goes into making people feel at home. Will was an exceptional host. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure our group had a great stay. He really made all the difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip and a lovely place to stay. Between the space, the scenery, and Will’s great hosting, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

2025 Ski Trip

Very accommodating, we had a large group that this house handled easily. The large kitchen/living room area provided enough space for us all to hang out and eat comfortably. The location to Granby and the ski lodge was perfect. Definitely would stay again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed there and we really enjoyed it again. It has everything you’ll need. Very easy to find and really close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very hard to find a place that will have this many bedrooms. Highly recommend

We arrived 30 minutes after checkin and they were still cleaning. Several rooms were not clean. Hot tub leaks and had .to fill with water. Listing stated 3 grills and only had 1. Could not download app to watch game on TV without a code. Called for a code never received one. Does not have enough pans to cook for 18 people. Toilet in upstairs bathroom quit working. This is what another member of group thought.We rented this huge house knowing it was old and “funky,” but we didn’t expect to live out an episode of Goldilocks — nothing here was comfortable, and the place felt more like a money pit than a getaway.The DIY remodel job was rough from top to bottom. The kitchen island sags so badly that the ceiling below it is cracking, along with the tiles. At 1:30 am, an alarm went off and we genuinely didn’t know if we needed to evacuate for carbon monoxide — and with bears in the area, opening all the windows and doors isn’t exactly a great backup plan.The little things added up too:•Plenty of dishes, but almost no usable cookware — if you’re making pancakes for a group, bring your own pans (one 10” and one 8” won’t cut it)•One coffee pot, but three fridges and just as many washers and dryers•Listing advertised three grills; only one small grill was actually there•Both hot tubs were cold, and one leaks badly•No soap, shampoo, or even towels in several bathrooms

Casa Vista Granby is designed for groups wishing to travel together for an affordable price. The owners always strive for customer feedback to make improvements and to offer additional amenities. As you can imagine with any house this size and amenities, things often need maintenance, this is why they have 2 full size refrigerators, a drink fridge, a backup combination boiler, 5 washers and dryers, outdoor security cameras, temperature and water sensors, 2 hot tubs etc. We understand how hard it is to find a house in the area that can accommodate as many as ours at the last minute, so we take every precaution to ensure we have backups of all the essentials on site or nearby to handle any challenges that arise.
