For the first time ever, the actual property exceeded the listing! The pictures do not do the house and property justice. There is so much space! Our family of 11, ranging from 2 to 82, had so many areas to hang out. Even better, the house (esp the kitchen) is so well-equipped. We had absolutely everything we needed without having to make a trip to store in the middle of our little get-away to get anything!Check-in and check-out were seamless. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

Ryan was a great host, he answered questions prior to our stay, and called the day we arrived to make sure everything was good. The house was beautiful and great for our family of 13, with lots of space all of us! The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. We enjoyed access to the lake, great place to kayak. Our family had a great time! I recommend this place and will definitely stay again!

Birthday Weekend

Celebrated my friend and I’s birthdays as well as my cousin’s going away. It was so fun and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the home. The home is so beautiful! We loved everything about the home. It had everything we needed and more. We hope to stay here during the summer, sometime. Highly recommend this property. And our host Ryan was very easy to work with and very professional. Thanks for everything!

Great weekend getaway

Gorgeous house and great location! The large yard was perfect for yard games and the bonfire area comfortably fit our large group. The house is also next to many of the area golf courses which made golfing easy.

Amazing property for a large family

The home was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood friendly. Loved easy access to swimming beaches and playgrounds. Young adults enjoyed entertainment at Breezy Point. Overall a 5 star experience!

Excellent Breezy Point Cabin

We spent 7 days at the cabin and it was perfect. The location was fantastic and we were able to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Holiday celebration with family

We had a great time in the winter on the shore of Pelican Lake. The main living space was a great communal space for everyone to gather and enjoy one another’s company with enough space for multiple activities. The bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds, lots of space in the rooms and en-suite bathrooms to some bedrooms. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property and wonderful host

We held our family Christmas gathering here. There is plenty of space and the kitchen has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property. It's simply beautiful.

Perfect, relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway!

The comfort of this home made it enjoyable for our annual friends reunion. We loved the scenery, spacious rooms, plenty of beds and privacy. Thank goodness two fridges with freezer space was provided. We love that there was plenty of light, tables, chairs, kitchen and bathrooms was FULLY stocked and entertainment! The kids had plenty to do for the entire weekend! Thank you so much for opening your home and giving us a memorable experience!

This property was great! We appreciated the yard to play games. The boat landing was right next to the property, making it fast to launch. There were 2 refrigerators to accommodate more food. Big driveway to fit vehicle with boat trailer.

Beautiful Lake Home

We stayed in this amazing home with our extended family. There was plenty of space for kids and adults. The kids enjoyed playing with toys provided, they liked fishing off the dock and also had fun taking a trip to the Breezy Point Beach. The house was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. This lake home is a great find!

Excellent time. Great house. Great location

We had a wonderful time at this house. Lots of room for everyone. Close to shopping and amenities. Great to have public boat launch right next door. Managers were extremely accessible. One very small issue was the amount of personal items in the home as we are avid VRBO people and we weren’t able to use any drawers for our items as they were full. The house itself is beautiful though and well worth it. Thank you.

Exceptional Property

This property was amazing! The house itself is beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. Nicely equipped with games and kitchen essentials. The dock is great to keep your boat in the water when you take a break from the lake. The boat ramp is literally next door. Easy access to town as well. Our family really enjoyed this property!
