Family Vacation

Very convenient location for when we did head down to Pigeon Forge. It was hot so we spent a lot of time indoors but also loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the amazing view. Everyone loved the pool, game room and theater room. We even got to see some bears from the safety of the first floor deck!

The Most Stunning Beautiful Cabim

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 12 had great time in the 6 bedroom cabin with the wonderful indoor pool. It slept the entire group comfortably. There was enough parking for a van and 3 cars. We enjoyed the movie theater where we watched a thriller movie and enjoyed the grill where we grilled steaks, shrimp, and salmon. The pool table was also fun. The entire booking and checking out process was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Not perfect but fun

Suggestions: Dining table is large but seating for table is lacking, needs another long bench on opposite side. Also, given that this is a cabin meant for large groups, recommend having some casserole dishes available in the kitchen.

We checked all the bathrooms and seen nothing. We brought a lot of cleaning supplies and cleaned the cabin. I mean swept, mopped and wiped everything down. It smelled clean for a while. But, when leaving and returning back to the cabin it still had that foul odor.

Ultimate getaway cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don’t know where to begin! This place is absolutely fabulous! We took our children and grandchildren and had the absolute best time ever! The bedrooms are large and roomy and each has their own bathroom with is good size. The swimming pool was warm and good size. Hot tub was great! And can we talk about the view from the upper deck? The bears walking by the deck was an added delight too! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from this cabin was gorgeous! We definitely enjoy all the space and the hot tub! GPS took us to a gravel road the first time which was really sketchy but after asking around we were able to find the right road and go up and down the mountain was easy! Not far for anything!! Can’t wait to visit again! Any problems we had were handled quick!! Elk springs has great customer service!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin we stayed in had everything you could want but arriving our check in time was delayed. We had a large group coming from different locations and trying to coordinate the delay was hard. When we arrived the cabin was not as clean as I thought it would be but it was a beautiful view and full of amenities. It also had cockroaches. They came and speayed but it was definately an ongoing problem that wasn't being managed. I have stayed in several cabins in other locations and never have I experienced that.
