Cette magnifique maison est propre et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires ont pensé à chaque détail lors du stockage de cette maison. Il y a deux chambres à coucher principales équipées de lits king size et d'une salle de bains privative avec douches en duel dans chaque douche. Deux chambres queen avec un bain de Jack et Jill. Belle cuisine bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La table de nuit a installé des chargeurs USB sur une table de nuit dans chaque chambre et sur les deux tables de nuit du deuxième étage du MBR. Douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide, Internet haute vitesse avec couverture complète et eau chaude à la demande fournie par des chauffe-eau sans réservoir. Des ponts à tous les niveaux avec des chaises et des tables poly Adirondack tout-temps au 3ème niveau. Climatiseurs de chauffage et de climatisation séparés pour le 3e étage, barbecue au gaz naturel avec minuterie et crédit d'agrément de plage Live Well de 220 $ inclus dans votre location! This was our first time coming to Seacrest. The house was clean, very well stocked kitchen, the furniture was clean. Quiet cul de sac for the little ones to ride their bikes

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Home was nicer than pictures. We had a family of 6 people (54 to 17 in age) and house was perfect size. Kitchen was well stocked with basics and grill outside worked great. Neighborhood of Seacrest is perfect for families. Great access to beaches and shops. Only issue was ice maker didn’t work. Great time overall.

40th Anniversary

Large property with ample space and great upstairs deck. Bedroom and bathroom set-up worked great for our family. We liked that there was a grill and washer & dryer on the property. It would be nice if lawn chairs, umbrella and cooler would be available for people arriving by plane.

Great Family Vacation!

The bedrooms are all great sizes and the bathrooms are spacious with amazing showers. The view from the top deck is so relaxing. I loved being in a cul-de-sac because we have a 5 year old that loves to ride her bike. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and linens. I would rent this home again!!

A memorable family vacation

Reviewer Comments: Floor plan was perfect, Seacrest organized with tram,bikes excellent touch,only thing that would have made it 5star was little things like soap for each sink/shower, more than one face cloth per person and more shampoo extras. We had 11 people and were there for 7 days or maybe tell us to bring soap and more towels? I would go back! We had a fabulous time.

We do start you off with a starter kit of amenities - bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion for every shower as well as laundry pods, dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap and a sponge! We equip all bathrooms with a roll of toilet paper to get you started as well! We do also recommend that you bring your beach towels as you head to Beach Bike Escape! You are a short tram ride to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!! This is a great property for all members of the family to relax and spend some quality time together! We took master on main floor. It sounds huge for just four and a newborn, but newborn things are big! We ate dinner three times on the top level balcony, which was wonderful! The family room furniture was so comfy and a perfect swivel chair for rocking our baby. The beds were comfy and showers are huge. What’s not to love! We all said we will be back! The front porch swing was used a lot as well. The garage was so handy for all the beach items, and stroller. The only suggestion would be maybe four towels in each bathroom instead of two. We had to keep washing towels. Otherwise...it was perfect!

Seacrest Properties

This area has changed from two years ago. Seems to be turning into Seaside, maybe even Destin, type area. The umbrellas were five rows deep, which makes this feel like a public beach! When you pay to stay in between Alys Beach and Rosemary, you expect more exclusivity. Also, the pool in this area is a NIGHTMARE. We had towels on six chairs, went for lunch and came back to our chairs being taken by other people. Our towels had been hidden by the bathroom area. Other people were complaining about the same thing. Again, if you pay this kind of money you don't expect to be staying in an area with this type of rude and trashy behavior. Lastly, this area offers no close restaurants / tiki bars / food anywhere near the beach, so once you catch the tram and hike to the beach, don't expect to get food or drinks without taking a long walk to Rosemary or back to the Seacrest area.

Good but Not Great

We stayed at Beach Bike Escape for one week in early June 2021. We have stayed in Seacrest many times in the past and thus are very familiar with the neighborhood, the homes and the Seacrest amenities. Beach Bike Escape was good but not great. The home was functional although it was showing its age. Some blinds were inoperable, walls and porches needed touch up paint, porch furniture was worn out, dryer was on its last leg, etc. All of that being said, the management company was very responsive to any request we had, beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. This particular home is towards the back of the Seacrest community so it did feel a bit far from the village, pool, etc. compared to other homes we have rented in the past but everything was still walkable or accessible via the tram. If I had one complaint about Seacrest it would be the unbelievable number of people at the beach. The adjacent properties cordon off areas for their guests leaving very little room for those staying in Seacrest. This makes for a very unpleasant beach experience. We found that packing up and driving to a public beach was far more enjoyable than using the deeded beach access made available for Seacrest residents. This does not have anything to do with the house, but is certainly something to consider if you’re making your first trip to 30A.

Family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: we loved the porches and the large walk in showers! Check-in was easy. Our kiddos loved the very large resort pool.The not so good: a big part of why we chose this place was the convenience of being able to take the tram but about 80% of the time the tram was impossible to contact. The tram service would also close during working hours without any notice or way of knowing that it was closed/unavailable (we learned this from beach security). We ended up carting all of our gear and young kids to/from the beach and pool the vast majority of the time. It would be okay if we had expected this but again, a large part of why we booked was convenience of getting a ride to the beach and pool with lap children in tow. This seemed to be one of the few units that didn’t have an outdoor shower or hose. The house had hand prints and dirt covering almost every wall so I would not consider it “well-maintained” and lastly, it was missing a lot of small conveniences that every other rental has had. I.e. there were no hand towel holders in several bathrooms to hang a hand towel and there were no extra blankets to be found anywhere.Overall, 3 star experience and I could not say that I would rent this place again with all of the options available in the area.

While the house was very nice here is what you NEED TO KNOW before visiting: 1. You can hear everything throughout the house because there's no carpet so just know going in if you have small children or an early riser, everyone is up. 2. Do not leave anything outside. We had chairs and a towel stolen off the front porch, be sure to lock your bikes up. 3. THE BEACH. While the beach is pretty for that large community there is only a small section of the beach that is reserved for the community. You can't bike to it because the guard at the gate doesn't let bike through to get even close to the beach and by the time you get there all the "reserved" chairs are lined up. It was PACKED every day. I'm talking three rows of chairs. People were setting up in the dunes. We ended up biking/driving to a public beach every day just so that we could social distance. 4. If you want to eat out you HAVE to make advanced reservations. These places book up FAST. Looking to get pizza or carry-out? Be sure to call by like 4pm because by 6 they are maxed out on carry-out and you're out of luck. 5. We went during this whole pandemic. No one wore masks or social distanced, so know going in that if you are taking precautions, good luck because it seemed like no one down there cared. 6. THE POOL. Was also packed, and very hard to social distance in. Also, the snack bar was great, but it was only open a handful of times and they were always running out of things. I would not recommend going down there right now.

Impossible to get checkin and checkout time changed so would not book this house of flying to the area. We had no where to go and no where to put our luggage and rental company not helpful.

The getaway that recharge the fun!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a mom’s/ girls getaway trip! The place was beautiful up on entering. It was beautifully decorated and smelled lovely. There are 3 decks and we hung out on each enjoying each other and sunset. We got to enjoy a run in the mornings as right next the house is a pathway lead to 30A and to Alyss Beach. It was like having your own secret short cut. We were located short distance to the pool and very close to the tram. We met the best tram driver, ended up laughing and taking pictures. We got wonderful surprise when discovered the farmers market at Rosemary beach, a short 10 minute walk away. We were in heaven with jams, fruit, vegetables and other goodies. We grilled out on the grill out back using our goodies from the markets while making the perfect pina coladas and listened to music. Perfect last night. This rental had the best location. The beds were very comfortable. The top floor has a couch bed that was even comfortable. I really recommend this rental. This house has it all. It is beautiful and spacious as well as great location, great value and responsiveness of management. We decided we will be back!

The only negative was it needs to be cleaned a little better between each family's stay. Stains on the couch and on the walls. The floors were not well cleaned and had to ask them to come out and vacuum a 2nd time. But this is not a show stopper. Great house.

A Healthy Retreat

We decided to get away from the hospital world and take a step back to heal our heart and souls and it was so enjoyable. There was enough room for all 8 of us. We hired Shelly Thomas- a chef for brunch who was exceptional and toured the town. The beaches were clean and the people friendly. Would definitely stay here again and bring the family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great and just as we expected it to be. There was plenty of room for everyone. If I had one complaint, it would be that this was the only rental we've ever stayed at where all of the dishes had to be clean and the dishwasher had to be completely empty. That made our last morning there a very hectic one with ten people trying to eat, clean up, and be out by 10:00 a.m. Every other rental we've stayed at asks us to load the dishwasher and turn it on. I can't help but think that there are people that are in a hurry and just end up rinsing dishes off and putting them back up in the cupboard. Especially in Covid times, I think the property management should reassess this rule. You should also think about supplying small salt and pepper shakers. We didn't pick one up because we just assumed there would be one, like other rentals.

Hello Andrea, We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. After COVID-19, shipments for repair parts take a lengthier amount of time to arrive than they ever have in the past. Many factories shut down due to the pandemic, and wait times have grown as such. We certainly know this explanation doesn't fix a dishwasher, but many home owners have had their hands tied with appliances. We certainly don't want people to feel negatively over issues like this, but hope that you understand. Beach Bike Escape was Great!

We had a lovely week at Beach Bike Escape. It was our first rental that was not directly on the beach and we were skeptical of the convenience factor, but we ended up with the perfect scenario. First, the house. Exactly what we expected as far as layout and rooms, clean and fully loaded! The tram stop was a few doors down and could take you to the beach or the pool. easy. The pool was awesome. Big with multiple play areas. The beach was easy to get to, but overcrowded. Our listing suggested bringing chairs, but there were rentals available if you don't want to bother. We ended up driving 5 minutes away to Inlet Beach. Lots of room, beautiful perfect beach! Just as easy as the tram. NOTE: if you stay July 4, just note that Rosemary Beach area looses power at the drop of a hat almost every year. This means your electronic entry options don't work. We left the keys to the car and walked to dinner and couldn't get in or get in a cool car for quite a while.
