What a wonderful week!

What a wonderful house! We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book again. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed, which made cooking super convenient. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone, and more than enough beach chairs for all our guests to enjoy.The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach as well as some shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore without having to drive everywhere.The only minor downside was that the rooms weren’t quite as large as they appeared in the photos, and the couch that is pictured on the 3rd floor balcony is not longer there. but it didn’t take away from the comfort or the overall experience. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing beach vacation!

5/5 Stars - Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! The property was spotless and equipped with all the amenities you could ever need – from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and towels. It was so convenient being within walking distance to everything: the beach, restaurants, and local shops. We didn’t need our car once! The host was fantastic – incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape with all the comforts of home, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was very clean, very well stocked with kitchenwares; including items that are normally not supplied in a vrbo home (ex: coffee, filters, dish washer pods, garbage bags, etc
for the whole week!! This was an added bonus for a home that you travel by plane and not car. Lovely home

Beautiful home!!

This was our 3rd year staying at Seacrest Beach, and this house has been our favorite! Perfect location to beach, pool and restaurants! Tram is right across the street, if needed. Appreciated the staples in the pantry. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels for all! Owner was also very quick to respond with any questions we had. Beach was very crowded. We recommend renting beach chairs and umbrella from La Dolce Vita. Would recommend staying at this property!

We had a group of 11 adults that thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Super fast response from owner was greatly appreciated!

Perfect for large groups

The area is perfect for a large group. Great walkability to restaurants and shops. Also, the property isn’t a far drive from PCB. The pool in the community is great and the kids/teens/adults all enjoyed their time there. We were all perfectly comfortable in our sleeping arrangements. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you have a preference. Otherwise, that’s my only complaint. Both kitchens fully equipped to do your thing. You don’t need to bring much if you plan on heading to the beach. Note that tents are not allowed on the private beach you’ll have access to and the beach gets crowded quickly and we are only allotted a certain amount of space. You do not have free range on the beach in that area due to the private properties flanking either side of our area. That was a bummer but we survived 😊 We will definitely bring the family back.

Awesome! Fantastic!

The perfect house for our group. We were a group of seven adults, four teenage boys, and a 3 year old. Coola Boola was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The kitchen, family room and third floor deck are more spacious than the pictures reveal. Our morning coffee on the 3rd floor deck, with the ocean view was perfect! We appreciated Shelley’s quick response when we had a question about check-in and the grill. Thankful for all the beach chairs and beach towels! We were sad to leave and hope to be back!

Great property in a great location

One of the more well stocked rentals I have stayed in. They have almost everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear. Great location with an easy walking distance to the pool, beach, and local shops. Didn’t use the tram but they were readily available. The bikes were a great addition and we used them a lot. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Coola Boola is a great place

The one and only downfall for me as nothing was given in an email about tents cannot be used on the beach also the beach was very crowed like sardines packed in a can which made it complicated and not desirable to go to the beach. The place itself was extremely nice and the view was excellent and very spacious and ample parking for up to five vehicles made it nice.

Loved the home. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. My only negative comment is the company that rents chairs on the beach occupies too much space, limiting the beach area. A little annoying but we didn’t let it slow us down! We had a great family vacation.

Amazing winter break

Our family had an amazing week of Florida sunshine at Coola Boola. The house was very clean and seemed well stocked with everything we needed. Shelley did a great job communicating everything we needed to know including .pdf's. The shed was well supplied with beach chairs, floats, and beach toys which kept the kids busy at the beach. The beach and pool were an easy walk away and both look better than the pictures show. This was our first trip to the 30A beach area of Florida and it did not disappoint.

Nice property but needs some TLC

We had a nice time as we go to Seacrest Beach every year but this house didn’t live up to our expectations based on our previous stays at other properties. It didn’t feel clean, there was no shampoo or extra toilet paper and all of the towels were hidden in one bathroom. We had some issues but the owner was very VERY responsive to them. The front door battery died and we were locked out, the side door had no safety and my 2 year old could open it because it didn’t lock from the inside and the dryer was making an awful noise. The owner was prompt and had everything fixed as quickly as she could. I do understand that things happen it is just that you don’t want to deal with those things on your vacation.

A Must Stay!!

Location, location, location!! This property was everything we hoped for and more! It was clean, cozy and had that all around homey feeling. The location was convenient to the beach, pool and restaurants! The owner is quick to respond to questions and the house was fully furnished. The neighborhood pool was spectacular and the area itself was awesome! This was our first time to the Seacrest/Rosemary beach area and it won’t be our last! This trip was everything we hoped for and more!!

Coola Boola

Coola Boola is a great house for family vacation. Location to the pool, beach and few steps to the shops is perfect. We really enjoyed the bikes and third floor balcony for some family fun. Our only disappointment was the beach is very limited in space. The crowds were very large and we truly did not enjoy time at the beach during the day.

Great location and beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. Loved the house!! In walking distance to everything! Easy to get to the beach and the pool. Wish it didn’t rain our entire stay though. Shelley was a great host and responded right away to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Escape

Coola Boola is the best! We stayed there over Easter weekend with extended family and had an amazing time. The house is lovely with PLENTY of space, comfortable beds, and the location can't be beat. We were big fans rooftop deck and balcony with water views. The property manager was very responsive. We will definitely be back!
