Our Blue Haven is a dog-friendly, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Seacrest haven that's received a stylish refresh, making it an ideal space for your family's relaxing 30A vacation. With 2 Master Suites and one on the 1st Floor, this home will work for all kinds of families and groups. Throughout the house, you'll find new lighting, and ceiling fans, adding a contemporary touch. The living room now boasts a brand new TV and sound bar, enhancing your entertainment experience. Plus, the entire house now features new luxury vinyl flooring, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Enjoy true open concept living on the 1st Floor with plenty of dining seating and room to gather. The kitchen has just been refreshed with new quartz countertops. The screened-in patio off the back of the home makes another great area to enjoy a meal, especially if you're BBQing on the Weber gas grill. With not one but two remodeled Master Bathrooms featuring porcelain and marble finishes and brand new stand-alone tubs, this home offers luxurious comfort. The remaining bathrooms have also been upgraded with new sinks, toilets, and countertops, elevating your experience. With a seasonal Beach Tram and access to the famous Seacrest Lagoon pool, this home offers everything you need.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with tub, shower, dual vanities.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, balcony access. Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4.

2nd Floor Landing: Twin-over-full bed with full trundle, TV.

Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Seacrest Beach:
The area’s showstopper is the 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool, complete with a waterfall, fountain, and splash area. Surrounded by palm trees and loungers, it’s hard to decide between this and the Gulf!

Seacrest is an ideal destination, offering stunning beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, and dining/entertainment options. Located near popular 30A communities like Rosemary Beach and Seaside, it provides easy access to shopping, dining, and the 19-mile bike path along Scenic Highway 30A.

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
