This is it: The best slope access location in Breckenridge! The Peak 9 base area is where it’s at: The ski school, ski shops, restaurants, night life, the Quicksilver Super6 lift and more are just outside your door. You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and Breck’s Main Street is only steps away. Your group will thank you for finding this place!

This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to six. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and a wood fireplace; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. There’s a balcony off the living area with mountain views as well. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to whip up a spectacular meal. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as three seats at the counter.

This condo unit offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

Amazing Location And Fun For All

This condo is by far in the best location. You are ski-in-ski-out, steps from the town, rentals are in the same building, as is urgent care. My family and I had a great stay, the condo itself was also perfect. Thank you for having us, we look forward to coming back and hope to stay in the same place!

Great Location, Great Property

Love the property. 200 ft. to the lift. 300 ft. to Main St. you can’t beat the location. The condo was well appointed. The beds could be softer. Otherwise, perfect.

Unbeatable location!

Very clean condo and great layout! Everything that you need is there. We walked 100ft maybe to the ski lift. Can’t beat Breck and this building is the closest to loft of any. Definitely would book again!

Memories at Peak 9

Always staying on the mountain is great but this is one of the best spots. Easy access to the slopes and a quick walk to downtown for all the shopping/food. Thanks for the great place to make memories.

Great location, master bed could be a bit more comfortable and the bedding in both rooms could use a refresh. Other than that, it was everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Good location. Building only has one elevator so that was a pain. We were told parking was limited and we could only park at the building one night. Parking passes never worked and then there were at least 7 open spots in that location throughout our stay. Manual rfid keys worked once and then stopped so it left my kids locked out unless we were with them with the digital versions. Overall not horrible but I’ve had much better overall experiences.

An Echo of Other Reviews

First, we had a great time in Breckenridge, and the location of this property can't be beat. It was amazing being able to walk out the door, round a corner and get on the lift....and it's an easy walk to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. As others have noted, the furniture is dated and it could definitely use some TLC (several slats from vertical blinds were broken, and the blinds in one bedroom no longer had the controls to open and close). Overall it was clean, though we did discover some dried food on a dish in the cupboard and some stains on a bathmat - which should be replaced. The biggest drawback was the beds: they really are not comfortable, and it was hard to have a good night's sleep. A huge plus was the wood burning fireplace - and the fact that there is a wood room in the garage with amazingly dry wood for the taking. But did we mention the location? That really was amazing, and made everything else okay.

Nice Location but Parking Problems

No complaints with the condo - it was exactly what we expected and the location is great; however: After booking, we were informed there was no parking in the garage for the first night of our five-night stay. I didn't think anything of it. When we checked in at the office, I was informed there would be no parking for the first TWO nights of our five-night stay. Now I started to become aware of the consequences of this issue -- The check-in person told me my options were to park in one of the two town lots, either 0.6 or 2.3 miles away from the condo and ride the free bus back. The closer lot was $35/night to park on weekends, so I elected to try the far lot at $10-20/night first. By the time I got there and after waiting a while, it became apparent there was not going to be any bus at this time of day (6PM), so I went back to the "close" lot, sucked up the $70 to park and walked back to the condo. What's equally annoying is that without parking garage access we had to invent a temporary parking space and lug all of our baggage and gear across the village complex to our building, rather being able to roll it into the elevator and right to the condo if we had garage access from day one. What an incredibly irritating way to kick off a ski vacation! Then, of course, I had to trudge back up to get the car two days into our stay. I'm not sure why a condo doesn't come with a dedicated parking space in the garage for every night of the stay... The other problem we had is that our key cards were finicky from the start of our stay. Of the four keys we were issued, two did not work to get us into the building, and some did not unlock the condo door. After a couple days none of the keys worked to get us into the building, so we ended up having to wait for other guests to let us in. Summit Mountain Rentals was incredibly responsive and brought us more key cards right after we called, but these were just as finicky as the original set. The key cards Summit Mountain issues seem to be made of thinner plastic than those issued by the Breckenridge resort, so they fit loosely in the key slots, which could be the issue. Either way, it was an annoyance.

Kitchen was well stocked, furnishings were nice, like having a kitchen counter with stools, nice being adjacent to elevators too. Not an inexpensive stay but you get what you pay for and being able to be steps from the lifts was worth it EVERY day we were there. Plus being level to Main Street shopping and dining was just great. Also, we had a couple of minor issues while during our stay and Summit Rentals were super responsive. Thanks - this property helped make our first visit to Breck a memorable one.

Breck Early Season Skiing

We enjoyed the fireplace nearly every day of our stay using firewood that was readily available in the parking garage. Parking was convenient to the elevator for our 6th floor room and we were only a short walk from the La Francaise Bakery and Breck Brewery.Only critical comments would be very firm bedding, cold water in the guest shower, kitchen a bit dated, dishwasher a bit loud, and peeling finish on non-stick pots and pans.

Convenient to Peak 9, Clean, As Listed!

This property was a classic ski house with dated furniture but very clean and it came as it was presented in the listing. The main selling point is it's ski on ski off location that is also walkable to town - you really cannot beat it! My only complaints were that the extra blanket had a stain on it and the pull out sofa was missing sheets/had limited pillows. It's also clear that the owners have ski lockers because trekking into the house with snowy skis/boots/poles was not ideal!
