Great Condo

The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked ,had comfy beds and was in walking distance to Pier Park. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year’s Eve. The rental company was easy to work with and was fast to answered any questions we had. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Relaxing getaway

The beach front view was gorgeous! The condo was clean when we arrived. Comfortable king beds were perfect after playing in the pool, sand and gulf all day. Poolside bar was a nice place to grab a quick drink while soaking up the sun. Employees were all very helpful and friendly. Perfect location to walk to shops, entertainment, and restaurants.

We had a great stay at the calypso. The condo was updated and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and pool. Warren beach rentals was SO communicative and great to work with. We had a couple pertinent questions during our stay and they were very prompt in getting back. Would highly recommend any of their properties as they were so helpful before with any questions or concerns

Perfect place

Best place to stay. Condo is in the perfect location to have to never drive anywhere if you don't want to. You're right on the water with a beautiful view. Rental property company is very responsive and hassle free. Overall an amazing experience.

I was happy with my room. It was very clean and had enough towels and they stayed in communication with me the whole trip. I couldn’t ask for a better vacation . Thanks warren beach rentals I definitely will be back

Great condo in great location

We chose this unit because of the proximity to a nearby ballpark where my son was playing in a tournament. The condo was great. We loved that it had two king size beds and a bunk room. It was very clean and spacious. We especially loved the large dining table, and coffee bar area. If you want to visit Pier Park, then this condo is especially convenient!

We enjoyed our stay at Calypso 1706. The communication with the owners was phenomenal! We were able to check in a little early! We texted about an AC issue and it was handled immediately! Will definitely be back!!

Great location but could use improvements

We enjoyed our stay at PCB in the Calypso 1706 in July, but did have a few thoughts to share. Here are some pros and cons... PROS: -Great location -Beautiful beach -Assigned beach loungers -View from balcony -Decent furniture and set up. CONS: -Not super clean. Hair on rugs and in drawers. We ended up purchasing a vacuum from Walmart in PCB because the old vacuum provided in 1706 did not have any suction. -Slow draining sink and tub. -Pool is a big issue at Calypso Towers... Murky water. Unreasonable guest rules such as NO drinks within 4' of pool (even water), no balls, toys, or inflatables allowed in pool. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.
