RĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour un lit / une unitĂ© de coin de bain moderne sur la plage dans une communautĂ© privĂ©e fantastique. Le complexe de condos comprend une grande piscine, un jacuzzi, un sauna, 5 courts de tennis, une plage privĂ©e, des promenades en bateau et une grande jetĂ©e de pĂȘche. Emplacement idĂ©al Ă  distance de marche du train, vĂ©lo court ou 2 minutes en voiture en ville ou faire du shopping Ă  Gosman's Dock, et Ă  distance de marche de certains des meilleurs restaurants et bars de Montauk qui comprennent Navy Beach, Surf Lodge, Duryea's, Montauket et Arbour .

Idéal pour les couples ou les familles seules (enfants bienvenus). Les adultes de 30 ans et plus préfÚrent. Cette unité de coin a un mélange d'intimité et de commodité avec une vue imprenable sur Navy Beach. Grande terrasse de 400 pieds carrés, cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, lit queen avec gigogne gigogne et 2 canapés gigognes (un plein et un jumeau).

La buanderie est située au pool-house, il y a une entrée fermée, une connexion Wi-Fi, un cùble, une télévision connectée de 65 pouces, un haut-parleur Sonos et un grand parking à la porte d'entrée du condo qui est inclus.

Pas d'animaux, pas de fumeurs, pas de grandes fĂȘtes de plus de 5 personnes, responsables uniquement. Tous les locataires DOIVENT ĂȘtre rĂ©pertoriĂ©s, c'est une communautĂ© de plage calme et respectueuse.

Great vacation

We had a great stay at this place! We have two young kids (2yr and 4 mo) and the set up of this place worked out well for us! Quick walk to the bay side beach and the pool. Also a quick drive into town to go to the ocean beach (plenty of street parking during the week).

Beautiful condo. Near town but not too close. Pool is lovely. Beach is literally at your doorstep. The condo itself has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels and lots of bedding options. My granddaughters loved all the games and puzzles. Would definitely recommend grilling on the beach one night and you will never see a prettier sunset!!!

A perfect stay at rough riders

An amazing 4th of July long weekend!!

The property was exactly as advertised. A beautiful, modern 1 bedroom condo overlooking the water!! Communication with the owner was exceptional. This was the best Vrbo we have ever stayed out! Highly recommend this place!!

Quiet Memorial Day Weekend Escape

Loved our Memorial Day weekend escape here. Although the temperature was too cool for beach or swimming, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was so inviting; We loved the deck in early morning hours or late into evening. Deborah was so accommodating and helpful with whatever we asked help on. Would definitely love a repeat stay here in future.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

What a wonderful property. Beautifully furnished and decorated, clean and very well stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, condiments/coffee/tea, and a great selection of games for all ages. We loved the beautiful view, the beach, the well-kept pool area and the mellow vibe of the condo complex. The owner was very responsive and so nice. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful week, wonderful host

This is the third summer that my husband and I have visited Montauk and it was, by far, our best week. Debra was an amazing, gracious host who clearly wants the best for her guests. The condo lived up to our expectations, and the adjoining grounds offered some beautiful views of the sunset. The complex is well situated and an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!

Modern spacious condo a few minutes from town

We had a great weekend at Debra's condo. The condo is stocked with all the beach essentials and is beautifully decorated with modern hotel like touches. The deck is a great place to spend the afternoon and watch the sunset. We also loved that the condo was a short walk down the beach to Navy Beach and quick drive into town. Thanks again!

A perfect quiet spot to relax

The property was lovely and well-equipped, with gorgeous views over a peaceful bay. Big deck for hanging out in the evenings. Nearby fishing dock for our kid was a huge bonus. Minutes away from Montauk stores, restaurants and ocean-side public beach. Harbor very close as well - more good restaurants and ice cream. What more could you want?! Host was super-responsive and friendly. Would love to come back.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My husband, 9yo son, and I just got back from a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. The communication and check-in process were simple and easy, the condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was serene. We watched the sunsets each night and enjoyed the beautiful mornings from the large balcony. The host was fantastic and the size of the space was very comfortable. Highly recommend this option for future travelers to Montauk!

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

We had a wonderful stay at Debra and Blake’s condo! This was our 1st beach vacation with our baby and we had the best time. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and has everything you can imagine for a great trip to Montauk. The deck outside is a huge bonus with beautiful views, especially at sunset. Good location too with easy walking distance to many restaurants. Debra and Blake were wonderful host. Very responsive and want their guests to have a great and easy vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Montauk memories

Our family of three had a lovely stay at Debra’s home in Montauk. The photos are great but the apartment is even nicer in person, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water and a roomy living space. It was close to several great waterfront restaurants and every night we watched the sunset from the large deck. Our 4yo daughter loved the community pool and swam every afternoon. We can’t wait to stay again next year.

Beautiful unit, great location, gracious host

Just completed a relaxing Memorial Day wknd get-away for a family of 4. Debra’s unit is decorated beach, modern-chic; meticulously clean and all necessities are well-planned and placed. View is amazing and complex amenities provided easy activities to do. Debra is a gracious host who made my 50th birthday weekend extra special- thank you!! Her restaurant and local recommendations were helpful.

Beautiful apartment with great view

My partner and I booked a long weekend in November to get out of the city. This apartment exceeded our expectations! The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity that you could want. The private deck off the apartment was huge with great seating options - we got to see a lot of wildlife. The host was also very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was super kind, and we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone that is visiting Montauk!! It's a gem.

Great stay in Montauk

Debra, the owner was a treasure to work with, she a/was helpful and super accommodating. The apartment was spotless clean, very nicely decorated and the overall condo grounds are also very nice and well maintained. We loved the tennis courts and the pool. You have 2 of the nicest restaurants in Montauk just a short beach walk away and the train station is right behind the condo so we could easily get there even without a car. the terrace is very nice and a great view. for the kids, they provided super soft foam mattresses which proved great and a lot more comfortable than any traditional sofa bed. great idea! We love Montauk and look forwrad to the opportunity to go back!
