We had a wonderful time. The place was absolutely beautiful, our main priority of the trip was to spend as much time as possible at the beach and with how close it was we were able to do just that! We loved how beautiful the space was, the kitchen was gorgeous. It had everything we needed, we really enjoyed the fireplace at night and listening to the waves.

Wonderful, spotless, well-equipped property. Everything we needed was there, and the view is spectacular. We were treated each morning to whales and dolphins feeding which was a delight. Short walk to the beach or steps to a sparkling pool were welcomed, as was the ability to walk to town if desired. We loved visiting here and hope to return.

This property was even better than advertised and was more than my friends and I could have even imagined for our Montauk weekend. We had plenty of room and whole property was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay in our favorite place!

Great stay! We love the property at Atlantic Bluffs. The condo was clean. Updated bathroom and new mattress and plenty of linens for the week. Communication with the host was always quick with detailed responses! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for opening your home to us!

After season getaway

Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned so I reached out to owner who was very responsive. Cleaning crew came and took care of it in a timely fashion. Host handled promptly and made up for the inconvenience. Very cute condo across from beach.

Spectacular views

We had a beautiful stay. Waking up in the morning watching the dolphins and whales with a cup of coffee, ending the evening with a cold glass of wine with appetizers watching the fishing boats head home. Perfect relaxation! Condo had all that was needed as if at home. Great walking distance to town. Beautiful beach steps away.

Affordable unit on beach. Don’t bring kids.

My two kids (11 & 13) had a lovely week at this property (the Atlantic Bluffs) which is a condo unit on Old Montauk Highway across from the beach and a mile’s drive/15 min walk to town. The unit was clean, has updated bathroom and kitchen was well equipped. Aside from bathroom, unit is older and could use some updating. There isn’t a washer or dryer which made beach and pool a bit hectic with wet towels and such. The condo doesn’t allow drying of towels or clothes on porch which faces ocean so it was tough with kids. Honestly, I don’t think the condo is well suited for children in general. The pool closes at 7pm which my kids were disappointed about. Also, there isn’t a ton of privacy when you’re out on your porch. Units are close together and the porches all face each other. However, the view of the ocean and the few minutes walk to the beautiful beach makes up for a lot of that. Beach is never very crowded either. I think it’s best suited for a couple. I’d come back without my kids.

Momtauk 2021

This was our second annual family gathering in Montauk honoring our Mom who passed away. My Dad and Mom fell in love in Montauk so we celebrate her here. The condo was perfect and my Father and sister enjoyed the week. The beach is easily accessible. The condo is the perfect size and close to everything. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the patio overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend!!!

All about the view

The view from the condo and deck is so fantastically you need nothing else! The condo is compact but very nice and exactly what we needed. Great place.

Whale watching in Montauk at the Bluffs

Your condo is lovely. We loved having coffee outside experiencing whales was an extra magical calming touch. My mom, 83 very much enjoyed Montauk, we haven’t been there in decades... seafood is the best!
