Excellent property in a great location. Nice to have a quiet relaxing stay and be so close to town. Suzanne was an amazing host and was always quick to respond to any inquiries. Would love to stay again.

We've been staying here for several years. and it's always a great experience spending time at Suzanne's property. Perfect location if you want to spend time on the beach while also being at walking distance to town. The condo is lovely, clean and comfortable. We will be back next summer.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a great time at Suzanne’s place! The property is peaceful and beautiful and the unit is very cozy and well-stocked. We loved being so close to the beach, and the chairs/umbrella provided were a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable, and we were able to get into town very easily (15 minute walk, 3 minute drive). Would definitely stay again!

Just wonderful!

This condo is beautifully updated. We loved having more space than a hotel room. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and seeing the whales and dolphins. The beach is right across the street. It is a 10 minute walk to town center of Montauk. Suzanne is a very attentive host. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

The property was as described in the property listing. It was a peaceful stay with easy access to the beach and short walk to the town of Montauk. I most appreciated the communication with Suzanne (the owner) to address any of my questions before, during, and after our stay.

Perfect location

We love the beaches off Old Montauk Highway. This unit is quiet, clean and an easy walk to the beach. Close to town and all it has to offer. The kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the pool and other amenities like the beach chairs and towels. Check in was super easy.

Perfect spot by the beach

The unit is as advertised - totally renovated and directly across street from beach. Amazing location, unit itself was gorgeous and well appointed: appliances/furniture etc. close enough to town to be super convenient but far enough away so felt quiet and relaxing. highly recommend

Perfect vacation condo

We rented this condo in August and it was perfect for me and my family with two kids under two. The condo was beautiful and clean and very well maintained. Everything was updated and new. The pool was right across from the condo and was a great location. The kids also loved running up and down on the big lawn. The beach was steps away. Suzanne was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this condo it was perfect in all aspects. A little construction occurring in the complex but it did not happen everyday and you cannot hear the noise.

Montauk beach getaway

We had such a great time in this beautiful apartment. It was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated in a classic beach theme. This was a 1 bedroom apartment but it was so comfortable for our family of 4 with children under 10. The couch opens up with an inflatable mattress which is so easy to open and close. The kitchen was beautiful and has all the supplies needed to make a gourmet meal. I loved cooking in this kitchen. The grounds are so beautifully manicured. Butterfly’s surrounding you and beautiful pink flowers. The pool was foot steps from our unit and the kids loved swimming in it throughout our stay. The bonus was having the beach right across the street. Montauk beach is so relaxing and not overly crowded which is perfect for these times. We absolutely loved staying here and we would book it again next year. Thank you to Suzanne, the owner, who was responsive and very helpful during our stay. Tom, the property manager, was also very helpful during our stay. He is a great asset for the complex to have as he goes above and beyond and keeps everything running smoothly. See you next year 😍.

Great location and lovely apartment!

I highly recommend this property due to the cleanliness, location, nice deck, perfect size for two people, and beach across the street. All necessities (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sheets, pots/pans etc.) were available so it made things convenient. Great spot and landlord very accommodating and responsive!
