L'unité a été convertie en un véritable 1 BR et dispose d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre et d'un canapé "L" intégré dans le salon qui pourra accueillir confortablement deux adultes (chaque cÎté du canapé est de la taille de un matelas double standard)

Absolutely beautiful! We stay in Montauk often and this was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed space for the square footage. The ocean views from the balcony were stunning.

During one of the busiest weeks on the East End, this VRBO rental was an oasis of calm. The ocean views were amazing, the pool terrific, and the layout of the apartment was perfect with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing and extremely comfortable stay. Everything was very clean. The location couldn’t be better: gorgeous beach across the street and an easy walk into town. The hosts were accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beautiful rental.

The condo is perfect for a couple or a single traveler because it is small. Beautifully maintained, great kitchen, comfortable bed, a lovely living room area with a fireplace and ocean view.The view from deck/balcony has a SPECTACULAR view of the beach & the ocean directly across the street! The owner, Ari, was very responsive and helpful when we texted with questions. And you cannot beat the location!!!

This condo was exactly as pictured and the balcony views overlooking the beach were amazing. The space was really thoughtfully designed despite the square footage with pocket doors, plenty of added closet space for hanging clothes, and enough counter space for food prep. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little space.

Great location. Walk across Montauk for fishing. No striped bass but that's hardly the owner's fault. One bluefish so no skunk. Would def stay again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved having a short getaway here. It was a beautiful location with an amazing view. The condo is indeed newly renovated and gorgeous! I wish we came during a warmer time so we can enjoy more of the on water restaurants. Nonetheless, this was a great stay and was close to everything we needed or wanted to enjoy; will definitely be staying again!

“The End” doesn’t do it justice. Our stay was a 4 day experience of a lifetime

The location, style,cleanliness and comfort of the condo was beyond my expectations. I have been renting in Montauk and Amagansett for over 20 years and this rental was indeed my favorite. The views and proximity to the beach are the main items on my wish list that were checked off and everything else was just icing on the cake!!

Beautiful property, perfect location

The unit was beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to town, yet far enough to be a peaceful, relaxing stay and the view was perfect. Our stay could not have been better. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with an even more amazing view

Loved this stay for my first Montauk experience. Would definitely stay here again! My only issue is I wish there would have been some instructions on how to use the dishwasher, and more basic toiletries available like shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Gorgeous Beachfront

Ari’s place is a little Alice of heaven! I could sit on the patio all day and listen to the beach across the street. The unit is on the 2nd floor so you can see the waves and any surfers. It’s been thoughtfully renovated and has everything you need. Definitely planning to come back!

Perfect getaway

The condo was very comfortable and had an amazing view; the beach was just across the street, and the town a 15-minute walk. It was perfect for my family of 3. We hope to come back soon!
