Grand Penthouse de luxe en bord de mer direct - semaines d'été toujours disponibles !!

Wifi gratuit! Grand penthouse entiÚrement rénové et meublé par un designer dans ce complexe exclusif. Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, le littoral, les plantations et le lac depuis 4 balcons séparés.

Cette immense suite parentale dispose d'un lit king-size éclairé sur pied avec balcon privé en bord de mer. La salle de bain principale comprend une douche à vapeur et une double vasque.

La grande chambre d'hĂŽtes a deux lits queen, un lit superposĂ©, un balcon privĂ© et une entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e. Salle de bains a une baignoire jacuzzi. Les draps ne sont pas fournis mais peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s pour 80 $ supplĂ©mentaires.

Kingston Plantation est une communautĂ© de 145 acres en front de mer avec des lacs d'eau douce (apportez vos cannes Ă  pĂȘche), un paysage luxuriant, un terrain boisĂ© vallonnĂ©, des sentiers pĂ©destres, de belles dunes, des plages isolĂ©es et une sĂ©curitĂ© fermĂ©e et itinĂ©rante 24/7.

Kingston Plantation propose également un club de santé de classe mondiale avec des salles de fitness et de musculation, une grande piscine intérieure, un bain à remous, un sauna, des courts de raquette intérieurs et de nombreux courts de tennis en terre battue éclairés. L'utilisation du club de santé est payante.

2018 est notre dixiÚme saison de location et tous les meubles, la literie, etc. sont comme neufs. Ne payez pas plus pour une unité avec vue sur l'océan et pas aussi propre ou agréable que ce condo penthouse spécial.

Nous avons également deux autres condos en bord de mer qui sont à proximité de celui-ci. Les numéros VRBO sont 7861 et 62083, alors vérifiez-les également!

The condo is very spacious and was perfect for our family. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Condo is directly on the beach with great views and 2 pools as well. Close to everything.

Incredible views in spacious condo

Full week family vacation in north side of myrtle beach. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Host Robert was very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Nice area of the beach and the 2 pools were usually not too busy. Parking wasnt an issue either. Great vacation.

The absolute best vacation I have had in Myrtle Beach. The condo is perfect. Lets start with easy access the elevator is very close making coming and going a breeze. The unit was clean and extremely roomy. It comes with 4 balconies so from the 16th floor the views are amazing. The communications with the owner if we had any questions were answered promptly. We will be staying here again.

Amazing views!!

We stayed at Robert’s condo for my nephew’s baseball tournament and the location was perfect—-lots of restaurants and the Tanger Outlet mall nearby. However, the view of the ocean was so absolutely amazing, we wished we could have stayed on the balcony all day.

We really enjoyed our stay and kept to ourselves due to covid and this place was perfect - clean, functional and great location! BUT the views are breathtaking AND in every room!! Robert was very nice, responsive and suggestive!

Loved it!

We've stayed on Kingston Plantation before (through Hilton points), but this unit was by far the best! Plenty of room for 7 (2 parents + 5 teens, 10-18). Loved the extra balconies, loved the view, loved the quiet floor, great location, kitchen well appointed, beds comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

View, view and more views

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here. The Condo is large with the most amazing views from all rooms. The location is great. Shopping, golfing and restaurants near by. The beach is just steps away. Condo has everything you need. Easy parking, great elevator just steps from your door.

This condo has spectacular views and Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest resorts along the Grand Strand. I live right outside the gates of the Plantation with my three sons in the Arcadian Shores Golf Club area. Because of this I am able to be actively involved in the rental and upkeep of our properties. I take great pride in offering very up to date, clean and accommodating condos for my guests to vacation in. I personally inspect each condo prior to check-in to make sure that everything is indeed clean and operating properly. I have also been a local REALTOR and SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE in the area for the past 38 years and would be glad to assist any of our guests who themselves are interested in purchasing their own vacation or permanent home on the Grand Strand.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Kingston Plantation is so convenient to everything that the Grand Strand offers. Tanger Factory Outlet, Wal-Mart, Myrtle Beach Mall with Bass Pro Shop and a movie theater and Restaurant Row with all the great seafood restaurants are all within a couple of miles of the property. Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both within approx. 5 miles. But, once you pass thru the gates of Kingston Plantation you feel as though you are secluded in your own tropical paradise. There's no other place like it on the the Grand Strand!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise over the ocean are spectacular! We also enjoy the great ocean and coastline views from every room and the whirlpool tub and the steam shower. Our condo is located on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so you rarely hear any noise from other guests in the building.
