This 2 Br condo is on 9th floor of North Hampton in Kingston Resort. The unit is in prime shape and totally renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The North Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 22 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Fantastic Week

We had a wonderful week at North Hampton 907! This unit had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. The master bedroom with the king bed, does not have an attached bathroom, it is across the hall, but that really wasn’t a problem for us. It gave the kids extra room in the other bedroom/bathroom, and they really enjoyed that. The unit was clean and had everything needed for a great vacation. We will use B2 vacations again in the future!!!

Great vacay!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. The location is wonderful for dining and shopping. We love the security we get from staying in the North Hampton building. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We couldn’t have ask for more - it was fabulous.

Best place we ever stayed in MB

This property deserves a full score. very clean, well maintained, full of amenities and appliances. perfect location and communication with the owners was smooth. overall amazing stay. we come every year to MB for our summer vacation and we try different rentals, this one has been the best! i guess we won't be looking anymore for next ones, we will be booking this place ahead of time for our next vacation.

Girls Trip

We do a girls trip each year and have stayed all over. N. Hampton was private, safe, and beautiful. We felt at ease immediately. The condo was spacious and clean. The garden and pool areas were well kept. Our favorite part was the big balcony overlooking the beach/ ocean. Would book here again.

Beautiful condo with a great location!!!

Our family really enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo. The condo is very spacious. We especially loved the huge balcony with the dining table on it. The beach is just a short walk away. Close to Bare Foot Landing and the Outlets. We will definately consider staying here again on our next trip to the beach!!

Decor was nice. Comfortable layout. The details on website about king bedroom and bathroom were a little off in my opinion. The king bedroom has a hallway bathroom not attached/private. The double queen room was great.

The property advertised is exactly the property you receive. It was clean, kept up to date, and in a very nice location. The view of the beach was terrific and the indoor and outdoor pools were perfect. This was a great overall stay and we will hopefully visit again next Summer. Thank you

Perfect stay

When the elevator doors opened onto our floor, even the hallway was immaculate. So clean and inviting. The room itself was just amazing. It was set up perfect. People with kids know what i am talking about when I say there was a good amount of space. Nothing felt cramped. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Will definitely stay again as our first choice.

North Hampton Condo

My family and I have stayed at Kingston off and on for the past 20 years. We have stayed in most of the condos and villas but this was our first time at North Hampton. This condo met our needs for a short weekend getaway. We will look to book in the future for a full week next time we are down. We loved the large bar at the kitchen, soft master bedroom bed, easy parking, quick elevators, easy access to the beach and the large balcony with great views. This section of Kingston is less busy but still gave easy access to the Wet Whistle next door for drinks and food. We had a nice time for sure.

Our stay during Hurricane Debby

Unit is conveniently located near Walmart, tons on restaurants, and shopping mall. Parking was very easy. The unit was clean. The comfortable blue chairs in the photo were removed, leaving only ONE. On the day that the emergency warnings started being issued regarding Hurricane Debby we were on a college visit at Duke, North Carolina (3.5 hours away). The owners sent out an email( Monday morning )asking that the patio furniture be brought indoors. Unfortunately, we did not receive this email, as we were on the road. The tornado was expected to make its way to Myrtle Beach on Wednesday. We returned to the unit on Monday evening at 10:30pm. For some reason we were unable to open the door. The code was entered multiple times. My husband was able to partially open the door, but the top half of door would not open. We contacted the owners, who responded right away. The gentleman was very professional. Together he, my husband, and the building maintenance man tried to come up with a variety of solutions to get the top portion of the door open. We put the conversation on FaceTime so that the owners could see for themselves what the issue was. After about 45 min. The wife stated THE LOCKSMITH WAS NOT AVAIL. , and it WAS LIKELY OUR FAULT FOR SLAMMING THE DOOR too hard. The husband in turn offered for us to stay in another unit. Door was ultimately opened by my husband ( ex cop). The patio glass table was indoors. It seems the unit was entered WITHOUT consent. I felt violated.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Glad you enjoyed the beautiful views and convenient location. HOA emailed us requesting to remove all outdoor furniture that day.. We emailed all guests staying in units to bring the furniture in and if they needed assistance to contact us. All guests staying with us either emailed or called us letting us know if they needed help or brought the furniture in.As we did hear you regarding bringing the furniture in our staff moved the furniture in. I am sorry when you got back the room was hard to open. I tried calling the locksmith and was not able to reach them. We offered to have you move to a different unit for the night. I am glad the building manager was able to open the door. Please realize when there is bad weather the outdoor furniture has to be brought in as it can fly off the balcony and cause damage.

Great Stay!!

Another great stay at Northampton 907! We stay here at least 1x/year, if not more, and it never disappoints. The condo is always clean and perfect setup for our family. The owners are very responsive if anything is needed during your stay. And ultimately, you can’t beat Northampton. It’s quiet, easy access and perfect location to the beach. Thanks for another great stay this week for spring break!!

Comfortable, Clean and Homey.

This home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. Communication with owners was nearly real-time. And you know what they say about real estate - location, location, location - this home is right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from large, covered deck.
