At Endless Summer, the former home of music producer Burt Bacharach (best known for his work with icon Dionne Warwick) THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING THERE TO REMIND YOU of the comforts of home. This multi-level condo features 4 bedrooms, a pool table and a ping pong table, a private patio with a fire pit and plenty of seating, an office space for remote workers, and the complex offers multiple tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, and even a gym! THE RAINDROPS NEVER FALL ON YOUR HEAD with just a short stroll to all of the restaurants and shops of Solana Beach, and the beach via the communities private stairs. This home is a gem, come experience the best of Solana Beach!
4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths
• Master Bedroom - King bed, ensuite w/ large tub and standing shower, Smart TV, seating area, large walk-in closet, sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2 - King bed, Smart TV, ensuite w/ tub and shower combination, sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3 - Two Queen beds, Smart TV, large closet, ensuite, sleeps 4
• Bedroom 4 - King bed, sleeps 2
• Office area - Full- size sofa bed
AMENITIES
• Pool table that also converts to a ping pong table.
• The Main Pool is a short walk from the condo and is heated year round. There is also a fitness center, men's and women's dressing rooms with saunas, and two gas fired barbecues.
• There are two other pools (the north and south pools) that overlook the Pacific Ocean. In between these pools, is an enclosed view lounge. In addition, there is a view deck on top of the lounge. Most importantly, there is a private stairway providing direct access to the beach immediately below.
• Additional Pool/Spa is located on the East side of the property across the street
• Tennis Courts are located on the East side of the property across the street
• AC/HEATING throughout the condo
• Built in BBQ and dining area on the patio
• Large living area with open concept kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need to make family meals
• Large dining area with seating for four and kitchen island that seats 2
• Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
• Covered parking available for 4 cars
• Walkable to The Cedros Design District!
• Beach gear: 3 boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler
HOUSE RULES
• Max occupancy: 9
• Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced.
• This home IS PET FRIENDLY - There is a $50 pet fee per night, per pet. There is only One pet allowed per HOA & you can't walk your dog on the property & they are not allowed on the grass, pool or any other common areas. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department.
• There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
• This home is not recommended for small children due to the open loft area easily accessible near the stair case. Please inquire if you have any other questions about this. Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
• Fireplaces are NOT available for use.
• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
• There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located outside the front door

CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
