Construit à l'origine en 1933 en tant que grand entrepÎt de meubles commerciaux, il a été transformé en un espace polyvalent dynamique de lofts résidentiels et de boutiques situés directement en face du parc Balboa de renommée mondiale.

Loft ouvert spacieux avec plafonds apparents - planchers de bois franc partout, lumiÚre naturelle extraordinaire, plus de 700 pieds carrés d'ameublement et d'espace classiques du milieu du siÚcle. Our hosts were welcoming and attentive to the needs of their travelers, the loft was very clean, the location would meet the needs of most visitors to the area, and the decor was an amazing mid-century modern trip into the past. We are very pleased we chose to stay here!

Cute loft in a great location

Great space and location. Walk to Balboa Park, Little Italy, waterfront as well as neighborhood spots. But not as congested as downtown. William and Kelly were responsive, clear and helpful. Hope to stay again sometime.

Stay at loft walking distance to Balboa Park

My daughter and I stayed here during our short stay in San Diego. Check in was easy and smooth and location looked as pictures presented. The location was walking distance to Balboa Park which was perfect considering that was the main reason we were in town. We had read online that other people noted the plane noise was distracting. It definitely was and the location is in a business hallway, so sleeping in wasn’t great as you could hear everyone clomping down the hall and chatting. A great location but maybe not for the light sleepers or those who wish to sleep in.

Excellent location and spacious loft!

The loft was spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for relaxing after socialising and being in public. There is an entrance to the building on the fit floor and I felt completely safe the entire time. No direct street access from the loft gives you a secure feel. I look forward to staying here agin next year!

Great spot

One large room with clean hardwood floors, easy enough to get in/out. Parking was simple. Neighborhood good/safe and walkable. Would stay again.

This loft space was very cool and the owners were lovely to work with. It was very close to everything we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. I know a few other people already mentioned the biggest downside - the airplanes. Although there are mixed reviews about how disruptive being in the flight path for the airport is, we found it very distracting. They are quite loud and fly very low over the neighborhood. The other problem we had is the window covering ms are too sheer to block out any light. While this may be fine for early risers or sound sleepers, it was a little hard for us with the street lights at night and bright daylight in the morning.

Close proximity to airport, hospitals and freeways. There is no elevator and must use stairs to access. SD city allows construction from 7AM-7PM. Which you could hear from time to time.
We do not allow pets/animals of any kind because we have a family member allergic to dog/animal dander/ hair. .Use LBX to prevent loss of keys
