Profitez de votre condo au bord du lac de luxe et d'un balcon privé qui effectivement pèse sur le lac!

Le mur du fond est tout en verre (plancher au plafond et mur à mur) et dispose d'un «trois mile vue 'sur le lac!

Que vous vous intéressiez au romantisme, à la détente, aux sports nautiques ou simplement à la pêche depuis le balcon, la vue sur le lac est toujours présente et à couper le souffle!

En tant que client, vous pourrez profiter de l'accès complémentaire à tous les équipements fournis par le juste à côté Seven Coves Marina & Yacht Club situé. Ceux-ci comprennent le lac piscine, lac basket-ball et des courts de tennis, rampe et accès 24/7 à couvert et de la jetée de pêche communautaire bien éclairé!

Bateau, canot, kayak et location de jet ski sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Puisque nous sommes situés juste à l'intérieur de la Piney Woods et à la frontière de la Côte du Golfe plaine, nous sommes bénis d'être visité par une étonnante variété d'oiseaux migrateurs à travers l'année. Vous aurez envie de garder un «oeil» pour les oiseaux que vous avez probablement ne voyez pas très souvent. Flamants roses, pélicans, cygnes, oies, hérons, grues, hérons, des aigles à tête blanche et les colibris et or, parmi beaucoup d'autres, font périodiquement le lac leur maison pendant des mois à la fois.

Les enfants (de tous âges) aiment à nourrir les canards et mouettes depuis les balcons et étant situé aussi près que nous sommes à la forêt nationale de Sam Houston, signifie que vous êtes à seulement quelques minutes de miles de sentiers de randonnée et de vélo, canoë rives boisées ou peut-être même apercevoir un alligator!

Si votre passion est la navigation de plaisance, jet ski, pêche, golf, tennis, natation, vélo, ou simplement se détendre dans un environnement merveilleusement naturelle; nos unités de luxe offrent un point de lancement parfait pour toutes ces activités!

It's all about fishing off of the balcony!

The stay was awesome. My husband and I were able to relax outdoors and in. The view was amazing, and we caught a lot of fish. The bed was comfortable, and the jetted tub was a nice surprise.

Wonderful getaway

Condo was very updated, clean and had outstanding views of lake Conroe. You could literally fish off the deck. Was able to take advantage of the marina for boat rentals which was also wonderful. Location was not to far from restaurants in Conroe yet quiet and stashed away for piece and relaxation. Jim was very helpful- I will definitely return again

Perfect weekend getaway

I booked this as a getaway at last minute and it was PERFECT. The check in process was super easy! The condo decor was a bit dated but still very nice and had everything I needed. And the tub was such an oasis! Plenty of places deliver if you don't feel like cooking. Any questions were quickly answered. I am defiantly booking again! THANK YOU!!

Birthday Getaway

The biggest issue was the TV! Very difficult to navigate! Once we got Netflix or a movie the screen is so dark we couldn’t see the screen anyway!! And we’re very tech savvy. The view over the water!! Perfect! We relaxed and had a great time.

Condo over the water.

This is a very nice property. I would not call is a “Luxury” condo, but it certainly was clean and enjoyable. Views to the lake are great. It’s walking distance to the “Wave” restaurant and pool. The management of the property was very accommodating, enjoyable to talk to, and and very helpful. I have zero complaints and would rent this property again.

Great Lake Conroe Condo

This is our 2nd time at Seven Coves and the condo was very clean and well decorated. Only 4 Stars because I don't like paying the extra misc fees that some places charge. Would stay again with them.

Very Disappointed

I wrote a long review explaing why I was unhappy, but decided to take it off. It's enough to say that we were very disappointed, and ended up leaving after the first night. We were told that we were going to get a full refund, but was told later that the agent that told us that, was not authorized to do it. So, we were not charged for the night we left, but paid full price for the night we stayed. Will tell all the ugly details to my credit card company instead of telling them here.

Relaxing

My husband and I wanted a place that we could de stress and this place was it. Rob was great making sure things were good while we were there. Very easy check in/out process. The only downfall was the lack of fish. Nothing can be done about that. The sliding glass door was loud and hard to open/close. Due to the a/c running loud, had to turn the tv up pretty loud. Still enjoyed our time.

Everyone Had Fun!

My wife and I stayed in this unit and we put our daughter and her friends in another unit nearby. It was wonderful and and an excellent value. We had several friends visit from Houston and they were all impressed. The girls had two pools, tennis, b-ball, exercise room and fishing nearby. Mom enjoyed the Outlet and Woodlands Malls. And, Dad got to be a hero with the boat and jet ski. All of it (except the shopping) was just a short walk from our unit. But, when we were in the unit, it felt like we had the lake to ourselves.

This resort is really reasonable and Jim is just the coolest guy ever! My husband and I visit every year on our anniversary and it is worth the trip. Each one of Jim's condos is fit for the occasion whether you're there for a romantic getaway, with the family or spring break there's a room for you! And if you're a fisherman the water is right outside you're condo balcony .The last time we visited we bought along 6 other couples on Valentine Day and now they're all calling to reserve a room!!!!!! As Vice-President of Resort Attractions, Inc., I truly enjoy meeting and interacting with our guests and get a great deal of satisfaction from helping them make the most of their visit to Lake Conroe.

Having led an active lifestyle in the Houston area for 40 years and Lake Conroe for almost 10 years, I've become an 'unofficial' expert on southeast Texas and the local area.

I can provide you valuable 'local insight' regarding day trips to Galveston, NASA Space Center, Houston and the Woodlands, as well as the nearby Sam Houston National Forest and the towns of Willis, Conroe and Montgomery.

It will be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can. Just ask!

We take great pride in our high percentage of be-backs (guests that have stayed with us before and have decided to return, sometimes 3 or 4 times a year).

And remember, we specialize in special occasions; birthdays, family get togethers, anniversaries and marriage proposals.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose the Seven Coves area of Lake Conroe for two primary reasons.

First, we just couldn't get very excited about being on the south side of the lake (the 'popular' side). Down there, the lake is too far from the freeway, there's way too much traffic and you can't find the expansive view that we enjoy so much!

More importantly, our property is unique on the lake in that it has a private balcony that actually hangs over the water. We instantly fell in love with this feature!

Every one else has a strip of grass, a sidewalk or a dock between the unit and water. Not so at our place, if you drop something off the balcony,...it WILL make a splash!

Furthermore, the location is close to perfect in many ways. Having a marina and boat ramp right next door on one side, and a resort next door on the other side makes enjoying the lake extremely convenient.

We pay an annual fee to both entities so that our guests can take full advantage of their amenities and everything is within reasonable walking distance (you can drive but you don't have to).

No matter what you do, the lake is always in the background...from the swimming pool to the tennis and basketball courts and the covered playground...the view of the lake is always there!

Personally, I find it extremely relaxing. And, I know our guests do as well!

When prospective customers ask me to confirm that the unit is actually on the lake, I enjoy reassuring them by saying, 'It couldn't be any more on the lake, unless it was IN the lake'.

Invariably, when they arrive, they say something like, 'Wow, you weren't kidding. We are definitely ON the lake!'.

It generally makes for some interesting conversation and our guests are always impressed with our expansive view of the lake!

If you have any interest in fishing, opportunities abound. With a wide variety of species, Lake Conroe is known for good fishing. You can try 'em from your balcony or from over a mile of shoreline and docks or the covered and lit community fishing pier.

Somebody is catching something virtually every day of the year. It might as well be you!

And remember, if you need some poles, just ask!
