DEUX BLOCS À BEALE STREET ... dit tout. EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT. En avoir pour son argent. J'en ai vu d'autres se moquer de leur emplacement mais je suis trĂšs fier de vous donner cette adresse. Ne pensez mĂȘme pas Ă  un endroit Ă  plus de quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Beale, croyez-moi, cela n'en vaut pas la peine, car quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons font une Ă©norme diffĂ©rence dans le centre-ville de Memphis. Cet endroit est Ă©galement Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du fleuve Mississippi.

Cette maison de ville est sur MAIN STREET juste Ă  Vance Avenue (la carte) et Ă  seulement 2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Beale. Le chariot passe juste devant cet endroit, tout comme les calĂšches. Cette nouvelle et luxueuse maison de ville de 3400 mÂČ a une ambiance colorĂ©e et amusante. Il dispose de 5 chambres et de nombreuses piĂšces supplĂ©mentaires, une taniĂšre qui sert Ă©galement de chambre. Cet endroit a une allĂ©e fermĂ©e menant au garage pour 2 voitures. Je possĂšde ces trois maisons de ville d'affilĂ©e si vous avez un trĂšs grand groupe.

Easy check-in, close to where you want to be, nice and easy garage parking, super comfy, a bit loud in the early morning hours but manageable.

The rental was large and spacious - more so than the pictures suggest. We were a family group of 9 and had ample room. Communication with the property manager was prompt, informative, and helpful. Location was great - walking distance to Beale St, Civil Rights Museum, etc. Dining room table can seat six or a very cozy eight. Main living room had a wonderful sectional; easy to hang out and play games. Many rooms have TV's, but none in the main room. Rental was clean in major visible areas but feels like it could use a thorough top to bottom cleaning (under dressers, etc.). Would stay here again.

Great location

Just a couple blocks from Beale, so super convenient. Plenty of room in the unit for many people. My family had a blast staying here.

Fantastic location

The property is super funky and walking distance to Beale. It could use a deep cleaning (specially the windows) and is in need of many minor repairs. We thought it was advertised as 6 bedrooms but there are actually 5 but several beds and pull out couches. Both the owner and managers were pleasant to talk with.

The home itself is very eclectic & colorful. Host is very spot on and communicates well. Everything cool is in walking distance to the River Parks, Beale Street, Restaurants, & Shops. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place!

We have stayed here many times in the past, and as always it did not disappoint! Very roomy, awesome location close to Tom Lee, restaurants, night life, etc. Easy check in/out. No issues whatsoever. We will definitely be back!

Short Getaway with Adult Children

This was one of the best vrbo's we have stayed at. Loved the decor - you can't help having a great time! Location was perfect - walk to many great restaurants, civil rights museum, Peabody and more. Garage parking a huge plus. Tons of space for all 7 of us to spread out. Property manager was awesome as was owner. Can't say enough good things about this. Highly recommend!!

Great location!

Location of this property is fabulous! Not clean enough for our liking and in a little disrepair. You can definitely tell it is just a rental. It’s also very loud. You can hear everything on the streets and lots of light in the bedrooms. The location though is perfect, so just have to consider what you are most particular about. It worked fine for a weekend girls trip.

Property was not what was pictured, the unit was so filthy and in no was updated. The concept was nice. Only 1 tv worked in the house. The only positive comment is the location and walking distance to the music.

Overall Had a good time

First off I would like to say overall we made due and had a good time as a family of 8 ages 16-45 yrs old. Cons--Appears they did not have anyone come in and clean before we showed up as we found the floors dirty, the outside rooftop patio was a wreck and open cookies in the silverware drawer. The windows are very thin so you hear every little noose and conversation outside that goes on till 4am in the morning. Their is a club across the street and you hear the music all night and then when club is out you hear all the partying on the outside.The down stairs main area smelled a little like weed and you can tell whom ever was in it last had a good time and did not smoke outside like they are supposed to. Lastly the trollies are no longer running and that's one thing we where looking forward to.Pros- Very hot water, space is very open to hang out, its close to some good restaurants and very close to Beal street for easy access. Local restaurants and bars where great as well.We had a good time over all just wish place would have been cleaner, roof top usable, and the club was closed.

New Yrs Eve Trip

We came to house and place was visually clean minus all the nooks and crannies. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. No cable. Towels were thin and old. Door handles broken. Leak in kitchen from upstairs bathroom. Location was great but house needs serious TLC. Worst part was listing said pet friendly we brought our dog and owner instantly called and said I see you have a dog. There is a dog “deposit of 50 bucks”. I paid the deposit. A few weeks later I asked for deposit back. She replied that’s just a fee not a deposit. So I’m guessing the place is not pet friendly. Typical deposits are refunded. Here deposit is another way to charge additional fees.

The noise corner condo that could use some TLC and a deep clean.

The location to attractions is great. The noise level is unbelievably awful - all of our nights we stayed the LOUD bar crowd and drag races down Vance Avenue continued until 3 & 4 am. Even after security (I did not call so someone else in the area was annoyed too) dispersed the crowd they regathered about 20 minutes later to party on. The condo is fun & quirky and the pics shown are a true depiction but beware it’s split levels (4 total) isn’t the best for folks with difficulty climbing stairs and one bedroom w/ multiple beds has no windows/ bathroom. This is really inconvenient since you have to climb a flight of stairs to use the restroom and two flights of stairs to shower. The place needs a deep clean (the kitchen sink needs replacing) the closets need decluttering of unnecessary items and a repair person is needed for a broken bed, cracked tiles at the door step to name a few maintenance issues. For the money spent to rent this space, I was disappointed - was it a deal breaker? No. Would I personally rent this place again? No. Would I recommend - I would be hesitant.

Renters Beware of owner Andy

**THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW** First, this property is located within a good walk to a lot of attractions in Memphis. Decorated nicely, very roomy and the couch could seat a football team! However, our stay was over shadowed with all the issues we experienced and the owner and VRBO will not respond to calls or emails and now we have been charged MORE for something we did not do. To start....the roof top deck advertised and pictured is structurally not sound to be on and hasn't been according to the guest book dated back to 2012. With luggage still being carried in, I went to turn on the sink and leaned into the countertop and the front sink panel of the cabinet fell off and landed on my barefoot piercing it with the 1/4" nail that barely held it in place. I tried to place it back but the other then fell off. In an email I explained that to the owner, property manager and to VRBO even sending photos to prove the condition of it [property mgr acknowledged its more maintenance issue not damage to] and have been ignored. That cabinet repair is now costing me an additional $400 to fix when it wasn't right in the first place! The first morning, our group of ladies celebrating a 60th Birthday [yes 60...not the cabinet crashing type] we went to drive somewhere and saw that our garage door that was closed the night before was now open! Luckily the cleaning woman was trying to enter the unit next to us, witnessed our reactions and we all saw that ALL the garages were open EXCEPT the one she was trying to enter! She said there had been a glitch in the system and she was trying to fix it. Our cars and only door into the unit, we thought was secured but was not. To add, the Private gated lot that only renters can use with a code was not so private as it remained open our entire stay allowing many vehicles to park AND block OUR garage making it impossible most of the time to drive! In all, we were ok with the place, it wasn't as clean as we'd prefer [my sheets had make up on them- not stains] but we didn't go to Memphis for a spa experience. The roof top deck was a bummer not be able to use resulting in us standing in the jailcell like porch and people watching..... which I would NOT recommend this place for a family with young ones-teens included! We accepted all these issues as Adults realizing that perfection is hard to find: Was our safety compromised-Yes. Could my foot have gotten infected from the rusty nail - Yes. Was it dirty - Yes. Did

These three townhouses in a row are THE TOP properties in downtown Memphis. When they went up for sale, I had to have them. If you like staying at THE BEST PLACE in Memphis, you will love this place and it's location.

Can you say 2 blocks to BEALE? Closer than any other property I've seen for rent on any site. Some people lie about how close they are, but this one is VERY close. I will give you the address so you can look it up yourself. I'm very proud of these places and love sharing them with guests.
