Nice Condo on the Lake

The condo was attractive, comfortable, and clean and had a very nice lake view. In addition, the owners responded to questions immediately and were very pleasant. There was some road noise, but it was not a major issue. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the Hot Springs National Park and area lakes..

IN NEED OF DEEP CLEANING/DUSTING

When we arrived we were told to dial their number on the dial pad and they would open the gate. It took them 30 mins to open the gate. We looked around and noticed the place seemed “unclean”, more like it had it was straightened up. The ledge under the tv was dusty, the leather chair was dusty. The fridge & freezer was dirty w/ flys! The kitchen sink & dish rack in the sink was dirty with dried food or something on it. I brought my own Lysol and wipes so I wiped down everything we could touch. The patio was dirty, dusty and filled with spiders and webs. My husband tried to sweep so we could sit out there but it was too much. I know bugs come but this was excessive if you want guests to enjoy the patio that is advertised. I didn’t notice until the 2nd day when my husband told me about the webs above the front door. The worst part was when we went to bed we noticed the side of the bed by the door look slept on. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillow was DIRTY and wrinkled. The side of the bed by the wall still had the iron crease in it and looked like it was not slept on. We went shopping the first day and I just so happened to buy a blanket so we did not sleep under their blanket or sheets. The extra sheets in the closet were not folded neatly and thrown on top of the closet. The were an assortment of old looking towels and were not neatly put in closet. We brought our own. This place looks just like the pictures but dusty!

Elizabeth, I must say I am a bit surprised by your review. I never heard from you during your stay, which I would have expected had it not been to your standards. I do try to accommodate all my guests, given I have all 5 star review from other guests before and after your stay. I apologize if the condo was not to your standards, however, I myself as the owner, cleaned the condo a few days before your arrival. Therefore, I am confident that the sheets were clean and the refrigerator was cleaned out as well. I do realize we have plenty of spiders in the summer in Arkansas, so my apologizes if those were an issue outside. Also, the balcony can stay dusty as they mow each week in the summer. Being that we are on the bottom, it can get our balcony dirty as they use blowers to clean off the property. We take great pride in our little home away from home and want others to enjoy it as well. In the future, I hope you will notify the owners as we would always want to make things right during your stay vs. finding out at a later date that you were unsatisfied.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were incredibly nice! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was clean. We liked having a boat slip because we did not have to take our boat in and out of the water everyday. Once we launched the boat we had to find a place to leave our trailer because you are not allowed to park your trailer in the parking lot (not the owners fault). The property does not have a boat ramp but there is a public one a few miles away. The marina across the street won’t let you launch your boat because it is private. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend staying here!

Two months in Hot Springs

What a wonderful stay. I ended up staying for two months. Jill and Mitch made their home feel like my home. I really enjoyed Hot Springs and especially enjoyed feeding the family of squirrels that lives by the water and feeding all the birds...would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Lake Hamilton

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property. It is updated and gorgeous. There were a couple of things that we needed and the owner was super responsive and available. The property is small and therefore quite quiet in regards to neighbors. The place stayed so cool during the hot days and it was lovely sitting on the small patio. We rented a pontoon one day and checked out the Lake. Overall, it was super fun and you will have everything you need for a great vacation in this condo !!!

The condo was nice and updated only few things not in stock but a mini walmart is near. The boat slip was great , close to bridge with 5 mph so no boat chop. I gave it a 4 star only because the parking is terrible if you are not driving a compact and getting in and out of the parking area was a pain, plus no walk out gate in case you are a walker. The people above were great to visit with and it is close to town and sights. We were there to enjoy the lake and it was perfect. Florida visitors

Very clean, great location.

My family and I were looking for a quick get away before school starts. Hot Springs was perfect. This property exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable and a great location. The property owners were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely rent from them again. My wife left the lodging up to me and by renting this condo I came through with the win.

The home was in a good location and very comfortable place to stay. It was nicely furnished.

The owner was quick to answer all questions i had about my stay at this location. The people above us was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The condo is right on the water so we could park our boat right in front of the condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated.
