Situé sur le magnifique lac Hamilton, ce condo au deuxiÚme étage avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains est trÚs bien situé - à proximité des restaurants, marinas, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row et des magasins. Récemment rénové, 6 couchages (lit king dans la suite principale, lit queen et futon double dans la chambre d'amis, canapé-lit confortable dans le salon). AccÚs aux amarrages de bateaux à proximité et à la piscine sur place. Téléviseurs intelligents dans le salon et les deux chambres et WiFi. Patio avec vue imprenable sur le lac Hamilton.

A beautiful setting by the lake, we definitely loved our long weekend at this property. Breakfast on the balcony with the calm lake in the background and soft breeze blowing was a perfect way to start the day. We had no trouble finding the property and it is far enough from the main area that traffic was not bad at all. Michele was very easy to communicate with during our stay. We'd definitely return to this property on a future trip to Hot Springs!

Christmas Holiday Stay

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is beautiful! The view is amazing as well! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. While we visited , unfortunately, it rained almost everyday, which made the steps and platform outside the 2nd floor condo quite slippery, so be cautious. The lighting of the stairs was also poor at night. However we mentioned it to the owners and they assured us they were fixing it immediately. The communication with our host was easy, quick, and enjoyable. A little info about the condo:The front bedroom with a view was much colder in the winter than the 2nd bedroom which was more on the warm side. Keep that in mind if you have people who are more hot or more cold. There was plenty of cover though for the colder room and fans in the rooms as well-ceiling and free-standing. I recommended hangers in the closets or you may want to bring your own. We did not have enough towels for every night, so we had to get laundry supplies for our laundry needs. Not a problem for us though. Walmart is not far. We were able to bring firewood to have a fire which was so nice! The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed making meals in it. I always travel with air freshener for the bathroom, but they already provided it! If you are a Kleenex person like we are, bring your own box or pick some up. Overall we would highly recommend this home away from home! Thanks for having us!

Labor Day stay

Over all a nice place to stay but had a butter knife that was put up and still had butter on it and the toaster had crumbs left in it. It was a nice place to stay and had a lot of nice items offered like coffee pods and had a wine cooler

Perfection Place

Michelle was a Magnificent host that provides Your stay with Everything a Family could ask for. Her Property is a piece of Heaven. Very spacious and very Gorgeously Decorative decor anyone would have an amazing time there & as a bonus her property has Two different Balconies with Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton, & don't get Me started about the bed's WOW like sleeping on a cloud... Beautiful Property

The host was very informative and descriptions accurate of listing. The property was very organized including phone chargers, games, tv information, etc. We will definitely be coming back and hope property is available during those additional visits.

One of our best 2 night getaways

Everything we wanted for a relaxing lakeside view getaway! Our host was very welcoming with instant confirmation, responded quickly to messages, provided contact info, updated us with possible issues. Photos are true and so helpful. 2nd floor unit with well kept stairs. Parking King bed true to size and so comfortable. Queen bed - no complaints from sister-in-law. Futon is more petite adult/ child length - probably for someone 5'2" at most. Living room had an unusual sofa bed which was comfortable for an adult. Lots of towels and pillows, sheets, blankets, comforters. Central air 2 Clean bathrooms, one walk in, one tub. Full kitchen with full fridge/freezer with icemaker. Glasstop stove, oven with hood. Toaster oven. Microwave. Dishwasher. Utensils, silverware, pans, lots of plates & glasses. Dining table for 6. Comfy sofas. LR Tv Hulu connected. Didn't use but they had Wii, DVDs, board games, BR TVs Lots of electric outlets. Even 2 wireless phone chargers and cables for USB c and lightning. Fantastic west facing lakeview from balcony. Electric fan got rid of occasional bee/wasp. So relaxing. Could walk to lakeside with wooden pier and benches. We weren't interested in water sports so we didn't look for that option. The only funny thing was there wasn't a tissue box :) There was lots of toilet paper and there was a paper towel roll. So quiet and peaceful! Safe looking neighborhood! All the comforts of home! Plus the view! 4 adults unanimous vote - FANTASTIC!!!
