Get ready to enjoy your respite at this newly renovated lake front condo conveniently located near all that Hot Springs has to offer. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has ensuite tub/shower, king bed, slider to one of 2 decks, 50" TV. Gourmet kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, granite. Relaxing living room overlooking lake, 55" TV, fireplace. Washer and dryer. On top floor, 18 steps from car to condo. Hilly property.
Covered parking, community pool, tennis court. (Pool usually closes Oct 1) There is no direct access to lake except by boat. Covered boat slip available from March 10 to November 5 only.

Great view from the balcony that spans the living area as well as the master bedroom. Beautiful condo and very clean. We enjoyed our previous stay so well that we chose to stay here again. Highly recommend this condo for your trip.

Absolutely Perfect Stay — We Will Be Back!We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend, and this was hands-down the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. I usually try to leave a place a little better than when we arrived, but there was absolutely nothing I could improve on—this property was spotless and so well cared for.The location near Hot Springs was perfect. Peaceful, quiet, and romantic with a beautiful water view that made every morning feel special. The unit had everything we needed and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels were soft, and even the smell of the place was welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy, and we felt relaxed from the moment we walked in the door.It was close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling private and serene. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and are already planning our next trip back. Highly, highly recommend!

Fabulous Place

The location was perfect especially if you have a small boat or pontoon you need to dock in their covered slip. HOSTESS WAS SO WONDERFUL AND ACCOMODATING.

Absolutely stunning lake view condo! Setting and location were perfect. Owners were pleasant and easy to work with. Very comfortable and well stocked. I would say about the only thing was one of the master bedroom mattresses was too firm. You could hear the road from the bridge nearby with some traffic on it but nothing too bad.

Comfortable clean condo in great location

We stayed in this condo over the 4th weekend. There were two adult couples and we were all very comfortable. The condo is on the lake and the morning views were lovely.

Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is gorgeous. The large patio is awesome with an amazing view!! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Jim is a great host. He's super nice and responded to any questions or concerns very quickly. I initially booked the condo for the wrong dates and he was very kind and quick to help me out and allow me to push it back a week with no problem, Just a slight fee adjustment as to be expected. I also very much appreciate that he allows dogs. It's very hard to find places that will allow pets these days.

Such a beautiful property just minutes from all downtown attractions. The view of the lake was so picturesque and peaceful. The condo had everything we needed and was very well maintained. We would definitely rent this property again!

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I have visited Hot Springs many times. It’s our go-to for a short getaway. This condo has a great lake view from the living space and the master bedroom. Super clean. Great communication with host.
