Ceci est un sur deux chambres de taille, trois unités de bain avec espace supplémentaire-37% plus grand que la norme deux chambres à coucher dans River Run-et les meilleures vues.

Situé au niveau principal et à pied des commodités. L'unité dispose d'une suite parentale avec baignoire à jets, et deuxiÚme chambre w / lits superposés, un lit queen et une seule couchette (5 couchages dans cette salle) avec sa propre salle de bain. Spacieux salon a un lit escamotable et un canapé-lit. TroisiÚme bain complet! Ce grand condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes.

Family ski trip

We absolutely loved this condo. Was perfect for are family, and the location is amazing. The kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Perfection by the pool!

We stayed here for 3 nights in July - two single moms with 3 boys ages 7,9 & 10. The space was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well equipped and having 3 full bathrooms was wonderful. The kids LOVED being able to walk out the patio door to enjoy the pool and hot tubs, and having the grill only steps from the back door was such a blessing. Amazing property and an amazing stay!

Perfect Location!

This place has everything that is listed, and much more! The location of the Condo within “River Run/The Springs” has to be the best within the entire complex, it is steps away from the gate to the Ski Lifts, Hot Tubs, Swimming Pool and the Complex BBQ. Our family will be back very soon!

Everything was exactly as described and the experience was awesome! We had our daughters enrolled in ski school and the check in was literally around the corner from the condo!! Easy check-in

Location

We have stayed in this building before. Access to hot tub was within a few short steps. New building prevents direct access to lift so you have to walk around. New building also prevents any views. Management company not great with communication but property owner was quick to respond. Hot tub was down for 2 days and she helped communicate that to management. Condo was great for 3 teens and very clean.

Great location that would have been amazing without the construction

Property was clean and well maintained/equipped. We tried to check in early, as no one was there the days before us, and were told it shouldn’t be a problem yet called twice the day of check-in and we’re not let in early. Otherwise, communication with actual owner was great. Listing does not communicate that there is major construction happening directly in front of the building, impeding walk to gondola, so the walk is about twice the distance as listing indicates. Still very close, but not clearly stated. Overall, a good stay!

Great location for Keystone skiing

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is a bit old but is roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very conveniently located, with only about a 5 minute walk to the River Run gondola, and only a couple minutes further to multiple restaurants and two ski rental places. It was great being able to walk out to the two hot tubs and heated pool (not heated enough for us, but several brave souls did swim) by just walking out the backdoor and walking down the steps. The only thing that could be a bit better was communication with the property manager. We got all the information we needed for check-in, but it was sent in multiple emails, with some information in some emails but not others, so at times it was a little tricky to find the information we needed. Also, texting with the property manager(s) was rather impersonal. It took a while to get a reply, and whoever was texting was nameless. Overall, it was great and we would stay here again.

Wonderful condo in the mountains, family friendly!

This condo was wonderful, a great size for our group (4 adults and 3 children). The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The location within the property was excellent with the pool and grill right outside the patio door. The hot tubs were excellent. The only issues we had when we arrived was that a lamp was broken, an overhead light didn't work, and we never received a parking pass. I called the customer service number provided by the reservation on the first day and spoke with a nice customer service agent, but nothing was ever done. No one ever came. Because we were there in the off-season, the missing parking pass wasn't an issue, but we were supposed to receive a call/text the following day for an update and it never came. That aside, we would absolutely stay here again and really enjoyed our vacation here.

Great summer stay!

Great trip! Kathy was super helpful even through a gas leak at the building. Easy to contact with issues and helpful in solving. The condo is exactly as pictured, great since we have small children and were able to walk right out to the pool (best pool in Keystone)! Easy to walk to River Run village even with construction of new hotel. Overall great trip and great condo!

Great location and apt but bare bones

It was a great apartment in a great location. Not just close to the gondola but also with back patio direct access to the pool and hot tub. The place itself was comfy and featured plenty of sleeping space. However, you’re likely needing to buy or bring certain things like coffee filters and better toiletries. For the price you pay, please spend a few more cents on those things. Lastly, bunk beds could use an upgrade as they moved quite a bit when anyone moved, disrupting sleep of others. Overall, it was a great stay!

Such a gem 💎

We loved being able to use a code to check in and the location can’t be beat. We’ve traveled to many ski resorts over the years and this one is by far the best. Our little one was in River Run ski school just 100 yards from the condo. Schlepping kids and skis is not for the faint of heart but this location made it easy. The pool, hot tub, kids area in the lobby and proximity to restaurants was also great. Thank you for hosting us!

Incredibly close to Gondola

Location was fabulous and super comfortable stay. Ground floor so very easy to come and go to the slopes and pool. Good and bad though as noise from the hot tubs can be noisy with older wooden windows, but always settled down at 10pm. Expensive, but worth it and was nice to come in over lunch and then be able to head back out afterwards with ease.

Fourth time staying in The Springs and this was by far our favorite unit. Great location and the bunk room and Murphy bed were perfect for our kids!

best access to gondola ever!

The owners are very attentive and checked in with us to make sure that we had all the info we needed before leaving home. The accommodations were very comfy and clean. The kitchen countertops and condo floors looked brand new. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a large family. This is really the closest that we have ever stayed to the gondola and the exterior access door was a HUGE benefit. We would give them 10 stars if it were available.

Great place to stay in Keystone!

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. Very clean, great kitchen, and plenty of room to move around. We would definitely return here. Lots of things to do in the village. The Jazz and Wine festival was an absolute blast!
