Des vacances reposantes vous attendent à Mission Beach! Sea World, le célÚbre zoo de San Diego et de belles plages de sable fin ne sont que quelques-unes des attractions locales qui font de ce condo de vacances un endroit idéal pour passer votre temps libre. C'est juste à quelques pas du sable, et nous sommes prÚs de tous les magasins. Ce spacieux condo d'un étage (deuxiÚme étage) est idéal pour les familles et peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. Il offre deux chambres, deux salles de bains, une cuisine complÚte, deux balcons et un garage pour une voiture. Internet sans fil pour votre ordinateur portable est fourni ainsi que d'un téléviseur plasma 42 ". Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis ainsi que tous les ustensiles de cuisine. Pour votre confort, cet environnement est non-fumeur.

Beach vacation in Mission.

The property was in a perfect location for both the beach as well as food. With a 6 year old in tow we never had to drive to hit the beach, bay or the local dining. The home was clean and comfortably house the four of us. Debbie was readily available to answer questions and was open to any feedback to improve the following guests stay. We will be back to this property again!

WONDERFUL PLACE!

As an ex Californian, we have rented over 20 So Cal Beach houses over the last two decades. This one was one of the best we have stayed at. The interior is new/modern/updated, compared to SO MANY that are left close to their original state from the '40s. This unit has all new beds, appliances, flooring,full size washer dryer, and ceiling fans. You are literally 100' from the beach, and best of all, there is garage PARKING for one car! Parking at the beach can be an exercise in luck, so for there to be a park available 24 hrs, is a LUXURY for beach rentals. The owner provides plenty of beach towels, and there are SEVERAL really good restaurants walking distance along the boardwalk. Margs and lobster taquitos about 300 feet away! A definate gem, amongs a sea of beach area rentals.

5 star service along with a relaxing beach

This was the perfect retreat for our family of 3 and a small dog. It's a short walk to the beach, which is convenient if you have to go back for anything. It was stocked with everything needed, including soap, shampoo, condition we and lotion. The owner, Debbie, was great too. She stayed in contact with us throughout our stay and made an emergency trip out when the garage door opener failed. 5 stars all around.

Great location

Short walk to beach and short walk the other direction to the bay. Conveniently located... close to shops, grocery store, rentals. Condo is on the entire second floor (up some stairs). Had another condo and our 1 car garage below us. The one car garage fit my Toyota Highlander. It was tight but it fit enough for me to get out of the drivers side. We parked our bikes in front of the car in the garage so had to pull out the car to get the bikes out or put car forward and park bikes behind car. There were beach chairs and boogie boards available in the garage. The condo was spacious and kitchen fully stocked allowing us to cook meals at home and BBQ on the kitchen porch. Even had 2 styles of coffee makers! (Kuerig and a standard brewing coffee maker). As it’s listed, it does not have Air conditioning. Opening the windows, turning on the ceiling fans and floor fans helped as I am not used to the humidity since I now live in the desert where it’s a dry heat. It cools down at night so it was not uncomfortable in the evening with the windows open. Due to the Pandemic, Mission Beach was not crowded. And Bars had to close by 10pm... the condo backs up to Santa Rita Place and this intersection can be very busy otherwise. (I am very familiar with the area as I have friends and family who live in this area, I just now vacation here). Construction was going on behind the condo but not on the weekends. Luckily we arrived Friday when construction was stopping for the weekend but unfortunately they started back up quite early on Monday morning and with the windows open, it was very noisy. Again with pandemic, not the usual hustle and bustle on Mission Boulevard and Santa Rita place. So our vacation with the windows open was nice and peaceful until construction started up again. I was prepared for the usual vacationers, restaurant goers, & bar hoppers walking the street behind us but it was almost weird to not have people out and about. This being a pet friendly condo made it a plus for our family to have our small dog / our “fur baby” with us. Check in was easy.. the owner met us at the condo. In and out of condo was also easy with code entry to the front door and garage. They also provided a garage door opener. Overall a nice place. I would recommend it.

Debra was amazing!!! The place was perfect for our family and close to beach! Definitely recommend

For a last minute booking we found the perfect place! Close to beach and restaurants, Debra was great and the place had all we needed! great price for area! would definitely recommend. We didnt want to leave!!!

Great value & awesome location!

The property manager stayed in touch by text and was very personable. I had a seminar at the Catamaran (across the street) and paid half the price on my hotel stay and got a 2 bed/2 bath condo with a full kitchen & living room. Walking from the front door, it takes 1-2 min until your feet are in the sand. I will be coming back next time I’m in Pacific Beach.

Nice clean condo in a great location

Debras condo is very clean and well layed out. There is everything you may need for you beach trip already at the condo. I highly recommend it!!! It is close to the water with only a short walk to some food( only a few blocks). Thank you
