South Mission Beach 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms with View & Garage

Enjoy the direct view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom and the upper balcony from this luxurious updated condominium on the 'Sunny Side of the Court'. Relax and sleep to the sound of the ocean waves as this property is just three buildings from the beach and just south of Mission Beach Park and Belmont Park. Property boasts an exclusive deck with private patio for the use by our guests as well as an additional even larger shared deck. You will enjoy the proximity to the Boardwalk and beach – less than 100 steps. The unit comes with a one car garage for parking and can be a tight fit. The approximate size of the garage is 17’ Long x 7.5’ Wide. Additional parking can be found on the street. Master bedroom is upstairs, and the other bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Unit is light, bright and airy.

The bathrooms are completely stocked with separate shampoo, condition and body soap as well as fresh linens. All bedrooms have fresh linens and a washing machine and dryer are available in the unit if you feel up to doing laundry on your vacation.

This home has the benefit of extreme proximity to the beach – but it also is walking distance to the bay, Mission Bay and Belmont Park, as well as numerous restaurants and local shops. Take a walk or ride on the boardwalk right up to Pacific Beach.

Property is located within 10 minutes to: Seaworld, San Diego International Airport, Historic Old Town, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Historic Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park and Museums, USS Midway Museum, and La Jolla and Torrey Pines Reserve.
Quick and easy freeway access will allow you to easily visit Legoland, The San Diego Zoo, The San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Coronado Island (Hotel Del Coronado) and dozens of other local attractions.

Unbeatable location, great extras

We really enjoyed our stay just after Christmas this year. The unit is literally steps to the beach, and a large private hot tub. Lots of room in the unit itself, and the kitchen was very well stocked. So nice to also have beach chairs available for comfortable beach going.

The condo is super cute and has everything you need. The hot tub was fantastic! We were in it almost every night. The location is great! We had no issues with fitting our mini van in the garage. The best part was the quick responses from the property manager for anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with excellent beach access footsteps away. Lots of fun places and restaurants walking distance to property. 10 min drive to down town with minimal traffic. Would definitely rent again!

Winter Trip to San Diego Area

My family and I stayed here for our winter trip to the San Diego area. It met our needs perfectly. The bedroom with the bunk bed was perfect for our toddler to sleep in. The upstairs area was perfect for my wife and I to spend time together after we put our kid to bed. We utilized the private patio and hot tub even though the weather was cool in December. The location was great with access to the beach, Belmont Park, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Beach Condo

Excellent location! The beach is only few minutes away. We also enjoyed the short walk to the boardwalk restaurants, especially El Jefe Tacos for lunch. The property was very spacious. Much larger than we had anticipated from the photos. Our family had a great time and can't wait to return!

Lovely condo

This place was perfect! So close to the beach without being directly on it. It had everything we could need while staying there. Loved using the hot tub! It was easy to access and communication with the property manager was great too! She replied quickly each time. We were supposed to bring our kids along but it didn’t work out but there was plenty of room for at least 4 ppl. Access to tv and board games too!

Family Vacay in Mission

Great host. Responsive and helpful. Clean, spacious and the private hot tub was a hit. Proximity to the beach was great. The supplies beach chairs and boogie boards made for a couple less rentals. Only downside was the noise at night from being so close to Belmont Park.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Loved our stay at this condo. The location to the beach was perfect. The unit itself was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck patio and appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and all the extras like coffee provided by the host. Lacy was great and always available to answer any questions we had. Garage parking is very, very tight, but we were made aware of this, and grateful there is garage parking.

Excellent stay

Stayed here with my parents for 4 nights in December. Lovely property, spacious, light and airy. Very clean. Kitchen well-equipped. There were lots of nice touches like snacks and bottles of cider provided, as well as plenty of delicious coffee pods for the coffee machine. There were even wash poufs in the bathrooms. Beds super comfortable. Easy to check in. Not too many "chores" to do before checking out. The host responded to my texts very quickly and let us go early and leave our luggage in the garage several hours before check in time. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in San Diego.

Spacious multi-level unit near beach

This rental was well-designed and had 2 levels of living space. Master bedroom was upstairs and was quiet, spacious, and opened to deck. The second bedroom had bunk beds, but lower bed did not have a lot of head room, acceptable for children. Overall the unit had the feel of apartment living in a beach community, close to amusement park and other amenities.

This location is quiet and away from the bustle of Pacific Beach, but close enough to allow easy access to all that Central Mission Beach and Pacific Beach have to offer. Simply walk to the beach or bay from this location and leave all your cares behind. At night the sound of the ocean coming in through the windows without all the public noise is sure to help you rest easy.
