We welcome you to your next desirable humble abode in beautiful Mission Beach! Nestled on the ground floor, this one-bedroom home has all you need to experience ideal comfort living on the coast. Where traditional charm meets modern appeal, you'll enjoy the upgraded kitchen appliances, cozy living space, and spacious outdoor area to soak in San Diego sunshine and the fresh ocean air. This tranquil space is perfect for short visits to the beach or extended stays to reside. Just steps away from the sandy shores and lively Mission Beach boardwalk, you can emerge in beachside living with endless local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all nearby.

North-facing condo with sun on the patio during the warmer months and shade in the cooler months
We are pet friendly! We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25lbs).
A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
This home is a ground floor unit of a duplex property. Longterm tenants reside upstairs.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups.
