Ferme récemment rénovée dans une ferme caprine en activité. La location ne comprend pas l'accÚs à la Grange ou aux terres agricoles. Visiter Lynchburg? C'est l'endroit idéal pour débrancher et profiter de la vie tranquille à la campagne. La propriété est nichée dans un creux de campagne isolée et n'a pas de voisins visibles. Comprend un grand porche avec une balançoire. Situé à 11 km de Jack Daniel's et du centre-ville de Lynchburg au Tennessee.
Cottage est situé sur une ferme de chÚvre de 17 acres. Il a tout le charme de la vie à la campagne. Profitez d'un verre de vin ou de thé sucré dans la balançoire du porche tout en regardant les enfants chasser les insectes éclaircissants dans la cour. La région est rurale. Le WiFi est satellite (HughesNet) et la télévision est Dish Network.
Le chalet est situé à l'extérieur de Lynchburg au Tennessee. Proche de Bell Buckle Tennessee, Bonnaroo, Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration, Tims Ford Lake et George Dickel Distillery. Assez proche pour visiter Nashville ou Huntsville Alabama.

Excellent location for a quiet, private weekend. Bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed watching the goats on attached farm. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away for peace and quiet.

The property looks just like the pictures! We had a fantastic week and spent much of our time by the lake. Thankfully, even though we were in the countryside, the mosquitoes weren't too bad. However, we did encounter some wasps. We loved observing the local wildlife; we saw a family of bunnies and a deer family that seemed to stay close to the house. The hosts were very friendly as well.

Short stay

My husband and I just stayed for one night. We went to JD distillery the next day. Which I would highly recommend. House was very cute and had a lot of character. In a very quiet country setting. Very peaceful.

Quaint and quiet

Super cute little old farmhouse—worked so well for our overnight stay. Communication with property owner was fast and efficient. Loved the front porch and the whole little house. Close to Lynchburg which is what we were looking for. Would recommend.

The lovely cottage was so much more than we expected. From the goats to the sweet dogs and we even saw deer in the back yard. We didn't want to leave. We can't wait to plan another trip soon, but stay longer next time.

Cute little cottage in the country

Only stayed for one night but cute little place out in country. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. If I had one issue it would be with the comfort of the bed. Very soft and tended to pull you to the middle. I had to flip around and sleep head to tail with my wife to get to sleep. Other than that was very nice place. Other beds in house may have been fine. Cottage in the woods

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my spouse’s birthday. Toured the Jack Daniels distillery, ate BBQ and shopped in Lynchburg. Sunday we hiked in Tom Ford State Park, highly recommended. Saturday night we enjoyed admiring the stars fr the front porch and viewed the haze of the Milky Way, Sagittarius, and the Big Dipper.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is so charming and cozy. The attention the every detail. Makes you feel at home. Fully stocked with everything you could need. It was so clean. The goats were amazing to be by and so were the two dogs who are so sweet. We had family come Visit and were blown away but how cute it is. We will definitely be coming back.

Goat farm

Our grandchildren couldn’t wait to get to your property, and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean, quiet after staying in hotels for a week, and relaxing. We were able to decompress after a long week. Would highly recommend this VRBO

Beyond Amazing
 Where old meets modern!

From the very first moment we pulled up to the Farmhouse it felt like we were home. And then we walked through the front door and we were home. This house unknowingly became a reality to my Fiancé and I of we want to come home to every day. Your Farmhouse has been etched into our hearts and minds forever. We will be back to enjoy the sweet and peaceful mornings. And the calm and cool nights. From each and every sweet and thoughtful detail to the sweet dogs outside it has been like being in a dream. The southern hospitality and the effortlessness of the booking was amazing. If you want a cozy country feel then this is the place for you. Thank you Flossie and Sissy for making us feel at home.

Peaceful Country Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for one night, after we visited the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The cottage was even better in person. It was quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to other friends interested in the same trip.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

This house is is SO cute and cozy.it is by itself in the country but still close to Lynchburg. The bed slept good and everything was clean. I loved the fireplace. Plenty of linens were provided. I can’t say enough about this place. It is a rare gem. We come to Lynchburg every year and I wished we would have found this sooner. We will definitely stay again!
