Oceanfront - Sunset Condo

Les condominiums CASA DE EMDEKO sont situés en bord de mer dans la célèbre ville de Kailua-Kona sur la grande île d'Hawaï. Contrairement à de nombreuses propriétés, tout dans Casa ressemble à Hawaï. Ce condo a été rénové et décoré avec goût. Profitez de la grande véranda privée qui surplombe l'océan avec des couchers de soleil incroyables en première ligne tous les soirs.

Casa est l'une des rares propriétés restantes où vous pourrez profiter de vos soirées sous les torches traditionnelles hawaïennes Tiki.

La Casa de Emdeko dispose de deux piscines sur place. L'une est une piscine d'eau douce et l'autre est une piscine d'eau salée raccordée directement à l'océan. À quelques pas se trouve une plage de sable avec des chaises longues et des tables pour profiter de l'océan.

Laissez vos fenêtres ouvertes et endormez-vous au son des vagues déferlantes sur la plage. Des jardins magnifiquement aménagés et une cascade font le bonheur de la population locale de perruches sauvages. Pas d'alimentation s'il vous plaît. La nuit, vous apprécierez les sentiers et les terrains bien éclairés.

Great place for a Getaway!

The property is a gem by the ocean. Walkable to town for morning coffee and muffins at Lava Java or make your own in the fully equipped kitchen. Have been staying at this place for years and will continue to return. Love the ocean sound at night and the amenities are great!

Very nice piece of paradise

This is a gem, nice secluded area but conveniently close to all the hot spots where you can dine, shop, and enjoy entertainment or you can just relax at the fully supplied spacious condo and enjoy the pool and ocean view. You only hear the ocean no traffic noise. It truly is paradise.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids (ages 7 and 10). We swam every day (sometimes a day) in the pools, barbecued during the sunset, chatted with other residents and loved the ocean sounds from our rooms. The lanai was spectacular and a fully stocked condo was perfect. So many great memories made on this trip. Thank you for the wonderful and affordable accommodations!

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed this property. It was even bigger/better in person than in the photos. The furniture/decor is a little dated but everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect. The property itself is fantastic- both pools are amazing. Every night at sunset there was someone playing conch shells which was quite magical. There is no direct beach access from the property, but we still liked the location due to its easy parking and quick ride to town. Would stay again!

Paradise

The apartment has a wonderful view on the ocean and it was highly above my expectations. Me, Marco, my son and my mother spent almost 2 weeks there and the whole apartment was comfortably equipped to have great time on holiday. I don't know if I'll be lucky enough to be back in Hawai'i in the future but, if I am, I'll come again to your wonderful place.

The best condo of the group!

We absolutely loved our stay. We were in Hawaii for a wedding and the bride and groom loved it so much that we used the pool area for their welcome party. The view of the sunset was perfect. The saltwater pool was better than most beaches. It was easy to get to many places from the condo and always had parking. The condo is a bit outdated but it was part of its charm and comfort. I would Highly recommend it to many.
