Ce magnifique condo situé au 5Úme étage de Sand Dollar Condominiums offre une vue magnifique sur la plage et l'océan à perte de vue! Les points de vue s'étendent de la jetée à la jetée et au-delà. Regardez les dauphins jouer et les pélicans volent tout prÚs.

Vous entrez dans le balcon expansive à la fois du salon et de la chambre principale. Les deux chambres offrent des matelas neufs Memory Foam (King et Queen). Le nouveau canapé offre un lit gigogne complet.

La buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Il y a le Wifi dans le condo ainsi que prĂšs de la piscine.

Le condo offre un mobilier confortable et un nouveau dĂ©cor cĂŽtier. Toute la literie est neuve, ainsi que de nouvelles casseroles, poĂȘles et plats de cuisson.

Il y a une place de parking rĂ©servĂ©e dans le garage souterrain. Une place de stationnement supplĂ©mentaire peut ĂȘtre disponible sur le parking du rez-de-chaussĂ©e et il s'agit du premier arrivĂ©, premier servi. Fall getaway @ Sand Dollar

The property was excellent. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Nicely decorated, very clean and a helpful owner. This is a great place to stay! We can't wait go back.

Overall a great stay , location is perfect and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is super clean and tidy and Doug is a great host. If I am ever back in Daytona I will definitely stay here again.

A lovely property, great view from living room. Should have had a balcony view, but Hurricane damage caused balcony ongoing repair and noise. Secure underground parking garage was great. Easy check-in. Easy accessto Daytona Beach and many food establishments. Great location.

24th Anniversary

Owner met us upon arrival to give us keys and a quick tour. Room is as beautiful or more so than pictured. Great place to bring the family, we look forward to coming back with our grandchildren next year.

Such a great week!

The condo was beautiful on the inside, kept up and decorated really nicely! The outside of the condo, up and down the beach, is under a lot of construction (which is sad and a little annoying) but Doug, the owner, forewarned us and was super apologetic about it. It was a great week and I was so sad to leave today!! Would definitely book here again!

Doug & Lori’s place is decorated the same way we would when we up with a place similar. It has everything you need & everything you want. Beautiful large balcony overlooking the ocean . Just the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Also within a 2-3 mile drive for a little rowdier scene if that’s what you prefer. We will be back unless we buy one first.🌮😬

Happy Vacationer

We stayed for just over two weeks. The condo is amazing and it’s right on the beach. When we arrived the manager was there to greet us and gave us the keys to enter the condo. She was very pleasant. When we entered the condo it was clean from top to bottom with our keys and garage card sitting on the counter. We meet the owner and he was an absolute amazing person. He said if there was anything we need he would definitely accommodate us. If you have a chance to rent this property I highly recommend it. Definitely 10/10.

A perfect condo!

Doug - thank you for the wonderful check in experience! First off - the view - WOW - from the moment you walk in the condo, the ocean extends for miles. We spent several hours each night on the wonderful balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Location was perfect - close to restaurants and shopping. Underground parking was a plus. The building and beach access was extremely secure which we appreciated with younger kids. Our family enjoyed every single minute of our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great place and location.

This place was great. I loved the balcony. This was our first time in Daytona and won’t be our last. The condo was stocked with everything that you need. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and laundry soap. Very clean! The only issue with the condominium that some would have is there is construction going on during the weekdays that starts around 8 am every morning. We have teenagers so it helped get them up and going everyday.

The view is (almost) everything!

Right on Daytona Beach! The balcony is huge with very comfortable furniture, and the huge view of the ocean is just wonderful. The place is very nicely decorated with beachy decor and nice furnishings. Loved having two bathrooms even though we used just one of the two bedrooms. Very convenient to the one bridge so it’s easy to go across to the mainland. Doug was wonderful to work with and met us at the condo unit when we arrived and showed us everything so that we could be comfortable and secure in our stay. There’s even a basement garage with secure parking for your car. Enjoy!

Perfect beach condo!

Very nice condo. Great communication with owner. Was there for 10 days to get some beach time and for the Rockville music festival. Location was perfect. Only took about 15-20 minutes to get back from the concert. There is still construction going on in and around the building due to the hurricane damage. It was not problematic for us as we don't go to the beach to spend time in the condo. Amazing trip. Beautiful view from the balcony. Can't wait to return next year for Rockville 2024!

Nice oceanfront condo

The accommodations at this condominium are excellent. Everything is as described online. The owner met us at the condominium upon arrival and gave us a tour of the facility. We did have a problem with the Internet service not working but Spectrum got it resolved after a day or so. Most pools in the area were damaged or destroyed by the hurricane but not at this location. Reserved parking in the underground parking garage was great. The location was great for walking the beach and access to nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony.

Excellent emplacement!

MalgrĂ© l’ouragan que Daytona a subi en novembre dernier et tous les travaux un peu partout sur la plage, nous avons eu une excellente semaine et les travaux ne nous ont pas vraiment incommodĂ©s. Doug, le propriĂ©taire, est trĂšs vite et efficaces pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions. Le condo a tout pour faciliter le sĂ©jour, tout est en place propre et fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables avec une salle ce bain pour chacune des chambres. Il ne manque rien, merci encore Ă  Doug et sa fille pour l’accueil.

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The bed was comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact and answered our questions quickly. The ocean views and sunrises from the balcony were stunning. It is in a great location, and we walked many miles on the beach. It was relaxing sitting out on the balcony andwatching the dolphins and the pelicans.
