This is a great location and the view from the balcony of this famous beach is amazing! The staff there are friendly and welcoming. We are so glad that we were able to work this stay in on this trip because there is so much to do there or not just relax and enjoy.

The Condo was great and perfectly suited for my week-long stay . It was conveniently close near the beach. The only complaint I have is the building itself, inside and the elevator has a bad order .

The building is older, but they are doing a good job updating and remodeling it. The condo itself was beautifully remodeled with a fantastic view! The host was helpful and very responsive I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony. The owners have thought to include a lot of little extras that may not seem like much at first, but go a long way in making your stay that much more comfortable (like plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports). If/when we go back to Daytona, we will definitely look at staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and easy to get around in, which made our visit very relaxing. Our host was gracious and attentive, offering helpful information without ever being intrusive. We especially loved the beautiful beach view—it was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for morning coffee. The property felt very welcoming for older guests, with a calm atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made everything convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily return.

The beach front view from the balcony of this room was epic! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there every morning with our coffee. The room had everything you need for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Host was great, good communication. We’d stay here again!

Very nice studio in the top floor with an awesome ocean view. Great people working the front desk and security locks on the main doors after closing. Felt very comfortable there and would definitely recommend this place.

The room with the balcony overlooking the Atlantic was delightful! The accommodation is as advertised and we were very pleased. The only drawback with the property is the one building key policy. I understand the basis, but to only have one key to the building when my sister and I were going in different directions most days required a lot of planning and was somewhat challenging. Otherwise, it was perfect! Tim and Andy (owners) were easy to communicate with and responsive to all request! Thank you!

Cool lil spot

I was in town visiting family and found this place online. Everything was easy from the booking all the way through the check out process. This property was clean and well put together with amazing views of the beach. The hosts were very helpful and responsive whenever I sent them a message. If you are looking to visit Daytona Beach to kick back on the ocean I highly recommend booking here.
