Four day weekend

Property was excellent. Great proximity to everything. The master on the second floor is enormous. There’s three bedrooms on the main floor and one of them serves as a second master. Plenty of room for everyone in the great room and having cable TV was a bonus. Home was very clean and the owner left a binder with all the information we needed. Thank you for a great weekend.

Great location and comfortable

This is the perfect location to ski areas, park city and area attractions in SLC. The condo was spacious and comfortable. So enjoyed our time in the hot tub.

Perfect location

We easily accessed all the cotton wood canyon resorts.Kitchen is a little small but large table helps. BBQ came in handy for steaks and chicken. Huge master suite made a almost second living space. Second master is big bonus.

Great location for multiple ski resort access, especially Alta, Snowbird, Solitude & Brighton.

We selected this location for its proximity to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude & Brighton which worked out well. A very convenient location for these ski destinations. The size and layout of the condo worked well except for the kitchen which is small and needs remodeling and a wall removed to open it up to the living room. 5 Stars for location, size, layout, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the size of the two car garage. While this property looks relatively new on the outside, the inside shows it is an older property in need of interior remodeling such as new carpet, paint, and kitchen renovation. While there are lots of pots and pans, they are mostly scratched and ruined teflon pans that need to be thrown away for both health and performance reasons. We actually purchased some stainless steel pans at Costco and left them there. We would stay here again for a trip to Alta & Snowbird.

Visiting family in Utah

I love the complex this property is in because it’s a beautiful area, close to Snowbird and Alta, lots of lovely restaurants and shopping in the area. The condo we found to be spacious, very clean, very comfortable and exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time!

Location ideal

We are a family in love with the mountains and ocean. Kyre grew up on the slopes of Utah, and will forever call Snowbird her home mountain. Brian and Kyre met because he moved from the east coast to snowboard in Utah. Now with two little girls we live in Seattle. Having moved here for a job in the snow industry, we get to play in the mountains and take advantage of the proximity to water. .......It may take a 5mm wetsuit but the surf, and camping are great!

We keep our condo so we can come back 'home' and get on the mountain easily. Utah makes it so easy.....and honestly you can't beat the snow. Light and dry, with a good chance of sun! Dreamy.

We bought this condo because of easy access to the resorts (specifically for us Snowbird) :) It also feels like you are on vacation, not in a neighborhood. Hot tub on the private deck looks out onto the mountains. Three separate bathrooms are also a plus when you have a full house.

Large quality built condo in complex in an Excellent Location. Safe neighborhood. Short drive to resorts. Easy freeway access to get downtown/convention center or Park City. Walkable to local favorite Porcupine Pub and Grille.

At the base of the canyon it couldn't be better located to take advantage of outdoor recreation, with mountain views. Quick access to resorts: Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, as well as the freeway to Park City, and downtown SLC convention center.

Whether you're here during ski season, visiting family, or enjoying summer months you'll appreciate our location and space.

While you're here we highly suggest you walk to the Porcupine for a drink and bite, or the 8 Settlers Distillery and Salola Lounge.
