Maison spacieuse de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec grand patio extérieur. Super endroit!

Les clients sont sĂ»rs de passer des vacances mĂ©morables dans cette belle maison entiĂšrement meublĂ©e de quatre chambres et trois salles de bains. L'emplacement est Ă  5 minutes du campus universitaire, de l'hĂŽpital universitaire et du Huntsman Cancer Center. À 10 minutes du centre-ville de Salt Lake City et Ă  seulement 30 minutes de 6 stations de ski diffĂ©rentes, Ă  20 minutes de l'aĂ©roport. Il y a un grand parc en face de la rue et du marchĂ© de quartier et des restaurants Ă  distance de marche. La maison comprend deux chambres familiales, une cuisine incroyable et un grand patio couvert avec barbecue Ă  gaz.

We loved the quiet very upscale area with a short walk to shopping and cafes. The outdoor dog friendly area was great and there is a small park at the end of the road where we threw the frisbee.

Stephanie’s house in Salt Lake City was perfect for our one-week stay. The location was great, and Stephanie was very responsive and answered all of my questions to make sure the rental met our needs. The home was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen worked perfectly for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely book this place again. The location is hard to beat—just minutes from the ski slopes, which made getting on and off the mountain quick and easy each day.The host was fantastic to work with: very responsive, clear, and helpful from booking through checkout. Communication was seamless and made the whole experience stress-free.The home itself was wonderful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up with great amenities. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked. While we did not actually cook much, we brought in food and gathered on the patio for meals. The spaces are large and our adult group was able to sleep well, take showers, spread out and regroup after meetings. The neighborhood is quiet and the grocery nearby is handy. Great stay!

Comfortable Family House in Quiet Neighborhood

The perfect place to stay

Wonderful home for family vacation

We enjoyed the peace and comfort of this beautiful home! So cozy and relaxing, with lots of amenities and a lovely kitchen. Plenty of room for folks to spread out. Lovely neighborhood - everything is walkable! Groceries, park, restaurants, coffee shops. We had a great time with our large family.

Great Home Base for Son's Wedding

The home and location were perfect for our son's wedding at Louland Falls. The layout of the home worked really well for us & we especially liked the media room downstairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We.would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, along with our three boys have loved living at this home in Salt Lake City, there is always something to do. You can definitely enjoy the 4 seasons here. Ski in the winter, mountain bike and hike in the summer, take in festivals, museums and shopping all year long. One thing that we especially have loved about this historic neighborhood is the mature tree lined streets, the nearby park, ability to walk to the grocery store and restaurants and just being able to enjoy the outdoors all year long. The kitchen has been recently renovated and we love entertaining in it. The patio has a propane firepit and outdoor seating as well as a gas grill. The master bathroom has a steam shower, large soaking tub and heated floors. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood--no parties or loud music please.
