Vacation Home with 4 Bedrooms, Three Baths and two Half-Baths. Home is fully equipped and is currently used by the owners as a vacation home. 30 minute drive from the Knoxville Airport Home has a Media Room with Pool/Ping Pong Table, Xbox, Playstation with Games, DVD Player with many movies to watch. 6 Flat Screen TV's throughout the house. Home office with computer, printer and Internet. Secluded area with a country feel but a 15 min. drive to town, shopping and dining. Dock fishing, swimming and sunbathing on property! No boat docking available on property. Boat ramp approx. 2 miles away. Property is located an hour and 15 min. from the Smoky Mountains offering Zip Lining, Hiking, White Water Rafting and Sightseeing in Pidgeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and surrounding areas in the Mountains. Perfect for a family vacation.

Superbe résidence dans un petit coin de paradis

RĂ©sidence spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour accommoder et divertir plusieurs familles. Nous Ă©tions 3 couples dont 1 avec enfant, la chambre du sous-sol annexĂ©e Ă  une grande salle de bain Ă©tait idĂ©al pour la famille et chaque couple avait sa propre toilette et douche. L’accĂšs au plan d’eau est trĂšs proche, la propriĂ©tĂ© ne donne cependant pas directement sur l’eau tel que dĂ©crit. La prĂ©sence d’un paddle board et d’un kayak a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© pour aller sur l’eau, c’était magnifique! La route est trĂšs sinueuse pour se rendre Ă  la rĂ©sidnce, la prudence est de mise.

Very safe and remote. Quiet and allowed our family to enjoy a great time. Definitely if back in Knoxville, this will be location of choice

Unfortunately the owner did not include in the property description that his property is not appropriate for small children. There was multiple containers of gasoline and equipment in the garage and chemicals making the house unsafe for our special needs children. If we had been aware of this we would have never booked it. We only received a portion of the total booking which was unfortunate for our family and caused a financial burden for us. The house was not as clean as one would expect at this price point.

Absolutely fabulous stay. We floated on the lake, ate on the screened porch, enjoyed the comfort of this home for 3 days. A relaxing few days...enjoyed our stay very much. Looking forward to returning soon..

The house was very beautiful - we were under the impression we were allowed to use the dock for our bass boats but a dock for loading wasn’t too far away. We enjoyed our stay - plenty of parking also.

Our stay was fantastic. A spacious and beautiful private home! Every amenity was thought of. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful in making sure I was able to check in a tad early in time for an importable zoom meeting. The game room was stellar! And tons of deer! Loved it. Highly recommend.

The Tantalizing Tennessee

We chose this property again because of the owners and the location. Once there it has everything to keep 4 grandsons under the age of 10 active and ready for sleeping at night. Our boys voted to go back next year. Give the place a try.

I have stayed at lots of vrbos and this by far has to be my favorite. The tranquility and peacefulness that engulfed this home was like no other. The area was quiet and perfect. We traveled to Tennessee to go ride atvs in the mountains, and this was a perfect retreat after a long day. This house just keeps going! I booked this house because it was central to everywhere we were going, and had enough room. When we arrived I didn’t realize there would be a finished basement with basically a whole other master bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for two families and kids. Bill was amazing help! Answered questions quickly and gave suggestions. Walmart/publix/food was all within 20 minutes from the house and was not packed like a tourist area is. When we come back to Tennessee in a few years I will definitely stay here again! Well worth it.

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We loved backing up to the woods, seeing the deer, and having fun access to the lake. Bill is very nice and answered my questions. The communication leading up to the stay was pretty lean but all was fine within 24 hrs of arrival. And Bill kindly gave us a late checkout. Much appreciated.

Relaxing and peaceful

This property was a perfect sanctuary for a girlsWeekend with my sister and two friends. The four of us loved having our luxurious private space as well as the comfortable common spaces throughout the home. We enjoyed the media room and played pool, we relaxed on the back porch with coffee in the morning and cocktails and appetizers in the evening with a surprised visit of a family of deer. This home provided everything we needed and Bill, the host, was very attentive in making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We appreciated him checking in and that he was available when we had a question. I recommend this beautiful home to all.

Quiet house with a view of the lake

The house was very nice. Ample bathrooms, beds and social area throughout th.e house. We walked down the road with no issues with our dog. We saw 5 deer each day we were there. The dishwasher and washer and dryer got used often. Lovely house for a gathering for the family.

Family gathering to celebrate sibling's 80th Birthday.

The house was inviting, cozy, and well-stocked for our needs. Our trip was in January and it was very cold out, so we spent all our time inside, but the sunset views were spectacular, the kitchen well-equipped for family meals, and watching deer from the comfort of our cozy kitchen and family room. We appreciated that there was well-explained printed info regarding the use of TV/Game options. We would book this house again.

One of the best “stocked”

From the kitchen to the toys, this house had it all. We were able to find everything we needed to cook meals. While it was winter and could not use them, we noticed all the lake related toys. The location was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this as place to come and unwind

We have had this home for family vacations for 15 years. Recently updated with new flooring, paint, ceiling fans, and much more. We do selective renting to help offset our expenses. We enjoy the peace and tranquility this home provides and we think renters will too.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

If you want to get away from the city, this is it. Secluded, yet close to shopping and dining. Deer, wild turkey, raccoons stop by to visit from time to time. Relax on the porch or in the back yard. Shoot some pool, play some ping pong or watch movies. Hang out at the dock, do a little fishing. Many poles to choose from.
