Ce magnifique cottage au bord du lac est situĂ© sur une crique en eau profonde sur Ft populaire. Loudon Lake (Tennessee River), prĂšs de Knoxville et des Great Smoky Mountains. NichĂ© dans un quartier calme et paisible, le Driftwood Cottage dispose de 2 grandes chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage, avec des lits king-size et une salle de bains privative dans chacune. En bas, vous trouverez deux canapĂ©s confortables, une immense tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et deux lits jumeaux. Le canapĂ© se transforme Ă©galement en un lit queen. Driftwood Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. No loud noise on the Screen porch after 9pm.
Gas Grill must be used in the driveway, and away for any wooden railings. Please put back in garage when not in use.

Perfect place for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and living area was great for hanging out. We even enjoyed a fire in the fireplace with the available supplies! We didn’t go down to the lake because of the cold weather but the view was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Our time at Driftwood Lodge was awesome. The property is located in a great location on the lake and it has a wonderful dock for tying a boat off to the house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Excellent property.

We had an AMAZING stay! The home is so comfortable and relaxing. We took the boat, and had some wonderful days out on the water, then enjoy sittin out listening to the crickets in the sceened in porch. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need, and of high quality. It's a very nice home in a very beautiful location. My experience with the owner was smooth and flawless. We are already planning our next visit

Weekend at the Shed

A group of us (friends) came for a long weekend of music at The Shed. This place was PERFECT! The weather was nice, the lake was wonderful to wake up to. We didn't get a change to take anything out on the lake, but we did enjoy the dock for a bit. The beds were so comfortable, everyone came out the first morning and said the same thing, "I need to find out what that mattress is and I'm getting one!". Location was not bad, others complained about the curvy road, which it and it's very narrow at some points but we made the trip in and out over 10 times and it's really not that far or that bad. This was probably the most well stocked house I've ever stayed at, we brought extra trash bags, paper towels, utensils, paper plates, coffee filters, etc and didn't need any of it! Overall, every person in our group loved this house the most out of all the ones we've all stayed at together. We hope to be able to rent again for the next time!

Lake get away for Rock the Country

This property was perfect for me and my husband! We came to enjoy Rock the Country and it was the perfect location.

Not Exceptional

This is a good property, but not Exceptional as listed. The drive off the the main road to the property is a 2 lane very curvy road that is very dark if traveling at night. There is a steep driveway leading down to the garage and parking. To get to the living area there are more steep stairs. The house is beautiful inside and the screened porch and lake view are wonderful. The house was not as clean as mentioned in other reviews. We had food left on the front steps leading into the house that was not thrown away. The carpets in the bedrooms had not been vacuumed. There are an extreme amount of cobwebs inside the garage, outside on the porches, and in the area where dock equipment is kept with a variety of type of spiders including a few black widows. The kayaks, life vests, chairs for the dock were covered in webs. We stayed in the Fall and had to listen to acorns hitting the tin metal roof during the night. We had no idea about this and the first night was very upsetting not knowing what the loud bangs hitting the house were. This lead to very disturbed sleep at night. We had a major problem with the BBQ on the deck. It caught fire on the inside when we were just heating it up for the first time. Turning the burners off, as well as the propane tank did not stop the fire. We had black smoke and fire coming out of the BBQ. Thankfully we were able to locate a fire extinguisher. Communication with the host was very minimal and did not address all questions.

Labor Day Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Cottage. The house was laid out very thoughtfully. Loved the screened in porch with the view of the cove. The neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful. The extra room with the floats was a plus. I would highly recommend this property!

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Having two master suites with en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen was well equipped. The public boat dock was just around the corner so it was easy to access the water and tie up to the dock on property. Game night on the covered/screened porch was so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Location is very peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch with a beautiful view of the lake on a quiet cove! House was perfect size for our group of 6. About 30-40 minute drive to downtown Knoxville and University of TN

Loved the place. Very nice neighborhood on the water.

Property was just as represented and was clean and well furnished. Enjoying kayaking as well. Communication with the host was excellent and check in and check out was flawless. Although not a newer property- it was well maintained. A little remote, but easy to find and the drive was enjoyable and the location was central to our exploration of the area. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

A nice place to relax.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend as part of a family wedding. It’s a lovely property with a nice screened in porch overlooking the water. It’s a bit secluded (~ 30 minutes from some shops and restaurants) but easy to navigate to these places. The kitchen is well appointed but we suggest you bring some basic staples like salt, and sugar. Overall we recommend the place.

Total relaxation in beautiful setting

Absolutely wonderful week! House is well furnished,stocked and linens are great quality. There was nothing missing amenity wise. Best kitchen provisions I’ve encountered in rentals with nice pots,pans and all utensils needed! Extremely clean and well kept! Truly enjoyed the kayaks and the view of the lake was gorgeous. Very peaceful neighborhood and made for a really relaxing week. Very welcoming house and host communicates extremely well. Would most definitely rent again!! Thank you Laura for a wonderful getaway!!
