Au magnifique Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1!

Comprend un service de plage GRATUIT, 2 chaises longues matelassées et un grand parasol directement sur la plage, les 3 / 1-10 / 31 (sous réserve des conditions de la plage et si le temps le permet). Un excellent bonus pour nos invités, il peut atteindre 40 $ / jour, 240 $ / semaine. Dites simplement à la personne qui distribue la chaise dans quelle unité vous restez.

Ce grand condo peut accueillir confortablement 13 personnes, avec suffisamment de salles de bain pour minimiser les embouteillages.


* 2 suites Master: chacune avec un lit king size et une salle de bains privative.

Le maître en bord de mer propose un bain à remous.

La 3ème chambre a 2 lits queen et une grande télévision à écran plat.

La 4ème chambre a des lits superposés avec une télévision à écran plat.

Le canapé du salon se retire dans un lit queen.

Toutes les chambres disposent de grands téléviseurs à écran plat et il y a beaucoup de placards et de commodes pour répondre à tous vos besoins, pour toute la durée de votre séjour.

Cette unité est au 5ème étage (pas trop haut comme beaucoup d'unités mais toujours avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan), une hauteur parfaite pour profiter des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle, regarder les dauphins, ou écouter les vagues relaxantes de l'océan sur le très grand balcon ou depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et répond à tous vos besoins si vous choisissez de cuisiner.

Le Majestic Beach Resort offre la plupart des commodités de tout complexe sur la plage de Panama City:

Lorsque vous séjournez au Majestic, vous pouvez vraiment rester au Majestic, il n’est pas nécessaire de quitter le complexe.
Ou vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à pied à certains des meilleurs restaurants et bars en bord de mer et aux nombreux magasins spécialisés et restaurants du centre commercial Edgewater.

Cette unité est gérée de manière professionnelle et locale. Beaucoup de condos sont gérés par des propriétaires extérieurs qui ne peuvent pas répondre aux besoins immédiats.
Chaque chiffre d'affaires fournit de nouveaux draps, draps et serviettes. Vous savez donc que vous séjournerez dans l’unité la mieux entretenue et la plus propre!
Vous aurez du mal à trouver une unité récemment rénovée de 4 chambres avec toutes ces commodités de villégiature situées ailleurs sur la plage de Panama City, et cette unité réservera rapidement!

The condo could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall great location, outstanding views of the gulf from the balcony and master bedroom. Really enjoyed the heated indoor pool each day. Four of us stayed the week and the condo was comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, but the hike from our car in the parking garage to our room at the far end of Tower 1 was ridiculously long! For that reason, I will not stay there again. The resort itself was very nice, though.

Nice location

Condo was in the perfect location. Beautiful views of the beach. Only complaint is the resort closes the pools too early at 10pm. We have been to many other resorts who kept the pools open longer and that was nice for the late night folks. Also the beach chairs with umbrellas do not come included, and that an extra charge per day. Would return.

The condo was as pictured. They do need to replace a few items. I didn’t like that they only wanted you to have 2 parking passes. But security help me out with the problem. Yes I would recommend this condo and stay there again.

Fall getaway

This was a perfect place for the seven of us family members to stay for five nights. Very satisfied with the roominess of the condo, big balcony on the oceanfront, close to so many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

I try really hard to be open minded when it comes to rentals but this condo is most definitely NOT worth the money! The place was not clean, one bathroom had a toilet running, another bathroom had water leaking from under the toilet, the third bathroom’s shower didn’t drain. There is mold and mildew in all the bathrooms and there were plungers on the floor in a bathroom with feces dried on the floor where they sat. Half the place needed to have lights replaced so it was very dim. All of the beds were uncomfortable, the pullout couch was being held up by 2x4s, and the dryer was obnoxiously loud and took 3 rounds before anything was dry. Maintenance and Cleaning need to be done before this is rented out to anyone else. The view was nice and the pools were nice.

Condo review

This condo is a perfect place to stay if you have a big group going on vacation! There was plenty of room for 13 people to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great, great access to the beach, several pools and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

Lasting memories

No property with as much traffic as this one gets is going to be perfect but it was pretty close. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely come back.

Not a lot of essentials in the kitchen, no pots whatsoever, overall the kitchen did not have the essentials. The laundry room did not have a door and was very loud during the nighttime. Second master bedroom had a very bad mattress, very hard. The sleeper on the couch the springs were broken it was impossible to sleep on very uncomfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Majestic is our favorite place to stay. Everything is clean and very well maintained. It was clean but needs some work done on it the closet door in master bathroom is on backwards and the cabinet doors in the kitchen are not hung correctly causing the paint to get peeled off the bottom of the doors

I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who has a large family. We had 7 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room. I also loved the large balcony.

Beautiful beach

We had a beautiful view of the beach from our large balcony, it was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning. The condo had a lot of space! The pool was really nice, my boys definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The management team was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely go back to Panama City Beach again!

Beach condo

The condo was beautiful, and came with a starter kit to get us going to the first couple of days. It was equipped with all the cookware we needed for each of our meals. The beds were very comfy. And O.M.G. the water pressure in the shower was just amazing!! The beach was absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay here. We will be back!

Not bad for the price

It could have been cleaner. The kitchen has minimal supplies. No hot pads or oven mitts! Not enough silver ware for the amount of people it sleeps and sounds had sharp edges from previous people must have tried to open something.Outlets in the kitchen didn't work great. Other places we have stayed supplied more. The indoor pools were nice for getting out of the sun the afternoon.

Our room was clean but when we arrived the garbage can was in the closet being used to catch water for the ac unit. I contacted the rental place about our ac unit being frozen up, assume someone already knew about it because the garbage can was in there and no one ever came to look at it. Then we turn the water on in the kitchen and the sprayer head had previously been pulled off and water was going everywhere to the point we had to put its hose down in the other sink so we could use the faucet. We also contacted the rental company and no one ever showed up to fix it. We were missing a toilet paper holder in the first master bath and there was mold and unfinished paint in the first master bathroom also. All linens need to be washed including the comforters, we were told to strip the beds except the comforters.
