Garden Cottage 69 Coastal and Cosy ..... Ce cottage à la plage avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains offre tout le confort dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme à la maison lors de votre escapade. La cuisine à concept ouvert est équipée d'appareils Whirlpool en acier inoxydable, d'une machine à café Keurig, d'un îlot de cuisine et d'un bar surélevé pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont spacieux et s'ouvrent sur un porche doté de moustiquaires pouvant accueillir quatre personnes et un patio avec barbecue au gaz. À l’étage principal se trouve également la suite parentale (KING) avec salle de bain privée, une tr��s grande douche et un dressing. Le premier étage est terminé avec un grand linge superposé et une demi-baignoire. Au deuxième niveau se trouvent deux chambres (Queen) avec salle de bain privée et accès au balcon supérieur donnant sur les espaces verts. Vue partielle de l'océan.
Idéalement situé à quelques pas de l’accès à la plage Phase IV, ce plan d’étage dispose d’un garage, mais n’est pas accessible aux clients.

GESTION SUR SITE

Accès à la plage: La poursuite du projet de réhabilitation du revêtement de revêtement de Jekyll Island, dans l’État de la Géorgie, a entraîné la perte temporaire de l’accès de la plage à la mer le long de notre littoral. Il y a toujours un accès à la plage à marée haute, côté terre du revêtement de roche. Nous vous recommandons Driftwood Beach, situé au nord de The Cottages ou à seulement quelques minutes au sud en voiture de la région du parc Great Dunes.

Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient que cela pourrait causer pendant votre visite et apprécions votre sous-estimation de l'importance de ce projet.

That place was awesome

Came here with two couples for a golfing outing. Everything was perfect, super clean and great location. Will definitely be coming back.

We were very pleased with our cottage!! The location was wonderful!!! An end cottage and two blocks from the pool. It was very quiet and relaxing and very clean and decorated nicely to our taste. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.quiet and relaxing

Perfect spot

This house is a perfect spot on the Island. Close to restaurants and beaches, but removed enough for a quiet escape. The private beach and pool make it easy to relax where you are. Driftwood Beach is within walking distance and a must see!

Wonderful / Quiet Location

This property was everything it advertised! Location and actual home was everything we were looking for. The upstairs patio was fantastic for morning coffee! Will definitely consider again if we come to the area!

Roomy, bright, and immaculate

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and I spent 6 wonderful days here. The house has more than enough room, is immaculate, and has everything you need! The proximity to the beach access as well as the pool was just perfect! We plan on going back at some point for sure.

Family vacation

Very nice neighbor hood and clean. The cottage was well Stocked and clean. We had four adults and two kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The management company was very easy to work with and helpful.

Close to Driftwood!

This is an incredibly clean home in a quiet neighborhood only 1/2 mile from Driftwood Beach - an easy bike ride or walk! It was well stocked and great for our family of 5. The only thing to note is that the beach is only swimmable at very low tide as the tide comes all the way up to the rock wall. However, it’s a quick and easy drive to any of the larger beaches 1-2 miles south of the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great cottage and quiet community

The cottage is exactly as described plus a fully outfitted kitchen. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner at the cottage with no issues. Furniture and beds were comfy. Clean amenities. Would stay here again. Our cottage even had a citrus tree, fig tree, and rosemary bush. The community was on the more northern end of the island, very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed nightly drives at dusk to see deer!

Great vacation rental

We had a great stay at this rental. The location is great and about a 5 minute drive into the main area on the island. We had 3 couples stay and there was plenty of space. Awesome set up with a full bathroom for each couple. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and there were some beach / pool towels and beach gear available. The community pool was really nice and large, so plenty of space for all of the rentals there. You can walk to the water which is beautiful. The beach wasn't accessible off the property but it's still nice for walking or sitting and enjoying the view!

Girls’ Weekend

The cottage was spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was within walking distance and the property was immaculate. We missed the beach access but we were able to enter only a few blocks away. We enjoyed the peacefulness of Jekyll and were able to visit the tourist district of St Simons with just a short drive. It was a most enjoyable weekend for 6 lifelong friends. I highly recommend it.

We had a beautiful time taking our kids to the barrier islands. This town home gave everyone plenty of room to relax and refresh from the days of beaching at the many varied and beautiful beaches in the area. The property has no beach to speak of, even at the lowest tide due to a seawall, but the location made visiting the other beaches easy. The owner was quick to respond to a small plumbing issue. I plan to come back as often as I can.

Family Vacation 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and very nice. The house was comfortable and had most all needed items. The kitchen could use a few more “newer” cookie sheets/bread pans. Other than that we enjoyed the board games on the rainy night. We were a little disappointed and felt misled with the beach access. When booking I read there is some beach access at low tide. However, there was only one day that it was accessible. The main reason I booked this place was so we didn’t have to use public beach and have to drive somewhere to get on the beach.

There needs to be more clearly marked house numbers, cannot be seen at night. Do not understand how they are numbered. For example, our friends were in Cottage 60 but the number on the cottage was 197. Also, why would the garage be accessible to the renters. otherwise the property was nice.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with super close access to the beach, pool and clubhouse. All are very nice. While beach access is convenient , there is not a beach view from the property. Restaurants and shopping are just a few miles away. The house was very clean and well appointed. There is a great deck off the upstairs bedrooms with plenty of room for 6 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The kitchen appliances are in good condition. The main living area is an adequate size with a large TV. Beach chairs are provided. One great part about our time there was that it was not crowded. We had no trouble getting into restaurants with no wait and the beach was not overcrowded. Would recommend .

Fall break

Great first impression with high ceilings and nice furnishings. First cockroach discovered on the outside doormat which I dismissed as being outside. Then a second one next morning in the kitchen. Then a third one in front of the bathroom that afternoon and the fourth one the morning after in the bedroom. All upside down but not quite dead. Lastly, we went to use the washer and there was what appeared to be a liquified detergent packet in the lint basket. We elected not to use the washer. All that being said, the place was nice and the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for four of us.

Overall fine but could be better

We love staying in this neighborhood but wouldn’t choose this unit again. When we checked in at 4:00 the house was over 80 degrees inside, it took all afternoon and most of the night before it got to a comfortable temperature. This was incredibly disappointing in the middle of the summer when the rental company was well aware people were checking in and did not make an effort to ensure we were comfortable upon arrival. Throughout our stay the HVAC system had trouble keeping up and we had to keep the blinds closed the entire trip to ensure the house stayed cool. The owners should considering upgrading their HVAC system. It may have been due to the heat but the kitchen had a fruit fly problem and there was a dead roach by the fridge. The couch cushions could use replacing and the beds were incredibly firm. The pool is nice and it is a quiet area.
