La Caribe # 70 est gérée de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Cette maison de ville de cinq chambres à coucher, située sur l’espace final, a plus de place que de nombreuses maisons de plage que vous trouverez. Tout le monde peut s’étendre sur trois niveaux, deux salons et de vastes porches avec vue sur le golfe à tous les niveaux.

GREAT location

This condo is a great location for dinner and shaker!! Very clean and so much space for the 5-6 couples we shared with. Def would rent again.

Family Vacation

Location was great! Townhouse was very big and spacious! There were a few complaints we had such as the stove didn’t work too great, the trash filled up really fast and it was smelly. Feel like it needs a little TLC. But overall it was a wonderful time. Great beach view as well.

Perfect Location!

Reviewer Comments: We just spent a week at this beach house, and it was perfectly located — right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the pier, shopping, bars, and more. We were a group of 12 (5 adults and 7 teenagers), and the 5‐bedroom home was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us. My family and I have been visiting Pensacola Beach for the last three years, and it has truly become our favorite beach getaway — family‐oriented, safe, and with friendly people everywhere. <3

This property was just purchased and the new home owner has been adding upgrades as quickly as she can. I will forward this to our Operations Manager so he can discuss this with the new owner of the home. We are sorry to hear that the grill didn't work and the Keurig was not found. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the home with a new Keurig and grill. Property was as described and was very clean and well maintained. The rental agency was extremely nice and handled all communications very well. If you are bringing young children, you may want to bring a baby gate as their are a number of stairs, the gate will keep the babies safe!

Perfect for watching the Blue Angels fly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. You are right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. Loved walking over to the pier in the morning and seeing all of the marine life in the water. We have been to see the Blue Angels fly many times but the deck on the 4the floor was the best vantage point I have ever had! The house was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and it was great having a second fridge in the garage. Loved the elevator!! The kitchen had a few loose cabinet doors and the mattresses were not great but overall we all had a fantastic time and would rent again.

This property was new to their website and hadn't been rented in a while. Due to very last minute issues Paradise Beach Homes was able to get this property ready for us and it turned out to be amazing. Perfect size and location with the amazing views of July 4th fireworks and the Blue Angles. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Great location, needs a little attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great dont get me wrong, just needs some TLC. In the pictures there were 6 chairs around the dinning table, there were only 4. Out of the 5 bedrooms it listed 1 king and 4 queens, the fourth queen was a twin. The couches and chair on the main living area were really worn and ripped, when you sat down you would sink in due to the frame being broke i assume. Aside from those minor issues it was great.

We rented this unit for living area space and beds to accommodate our group. We loved the location and had a great time but strongly suggest owners to get new furniture in the big den space. Sofa, love seat, and chairs are very old and worn out. No luck fishing off the pier. Maybe next time. Saw some great sunsets though

Great Stay

The location is very ideal for the beach and safety. The Public Safety Building is right across the street. Beach access was just steps away. Very clean.

Great property EXCEPT for the BEDBUGS

This is a great property and very convenient location. We would have thoroughly enjoyed our stay if it wasn't for the bedbugs in the master bedroom. We were eaten alive and were miserable for the next three days itching. I called the property management company and they thanked me for letting them know but never heard anything back from them. I left two messages to the property owner on VRBO and got no response. You can only assume that they took care of the bedbugs. My wife and I travel a lot and it's the first time that have encountered bedbugs, very annoying.

Family Vacation

Had a great time. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for all the family. Would definitely consider coming back again. P.S. The back door from the garage and the interior door from the garage were unlocked when we got there. Also the master bedroom sliding doors did not lock.

Location i think was the best asset for us, close to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants. We had issues with the fridge but they were able to resolve it. Location is awesome, views are great, able to walk almost anywhere. But, the stove wasn’t the best, the trash was piled up outside biggest part of the week. Had a huge cockroach in the shower, then my daughter found one in her bag when she got home. Nasty. This place is very nice but needs some TLC from whoever owns it.

A couple things - the trash cans were full already so smelly and had to add ours on top of the cans. Paper products - long drive to arrive to have to go to the store for Toilet paper (very little in each bathroom)and paper towels 1/4 roll in kitchen and trash bags - none! We would have brought it if we known. Overall, nice stay.

With all of our properties we do offer an initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc and if those items were missing when you arrived we would have also been happy to give those items to you. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had a fantastic time in Pensacola Beach, in large part due to the amenities and location of this condo/townhome. The property is spacious, comfortable, affordable. And the views (especially from the top deck) are spectacular. We were able to walk to most of the restaurants in the area, were across the street from the beach, and it was easy to slip across the bay into Pensacola to visit the downtown historic area, Naval Air Museum, Lighthouse, etc. The only suggestion for improvement is to update and add to the outdoor furniture to enhance the experience.Should our group decide to return to Pensacola Beach in the future, this property will be at the top of our list.

Wonderful New Year’s Weekend

The location of this property just can’t be beat! We parked our vehicles and only used them to drive down to Pegg Legg Pete’s. The townhouse is spacious and just as it appears in pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We asked for access to the elevator because of medical reasons and was granted access. (Many thanks to management co.). Only complaints are easily fixable (broken shower massager head, kitchen faucet handle needs to be tightened and ice maker would not dispense ice). Again, minor complaints that can be fixed. We would rent this property again and already looked for Madri Gras (not available 😔).
