Condo unique de trois chambres à coucher et trois salles de bain, situé directement devant le golfe, au Beach Club 102B. La piscine extérieure, un bain à remous, et la piscine pour un bain de soleil sont 50 "de votre porte. La piscine intérieure chauffée, bain à remous intérieur, une aire d'entraînement et un spa de jour sont dans la tour située directement derrière Bldg B. Les services de spa de jour nécessitent un rendez-vous et le paiement des services est effectué directement au personnel du spa. Le Beach Club # 102B est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes. Le condo offre une suite de maître avec lit king et salle de bains principale privé. Il y a aussi une suite king avec salle de bain privée. Chambre 3 a un lit queen et une salle de bain juste en face de la salle. La cuisine est joliment meublée avec des meubles sur mesure, comptoirs en granit et appareils mis à niveau. Vous avez une vue sur la plage depuis n'importe où dans la grande salle qui comprend le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et le bar. Il y a un balcon avec garde-corps en verre sur tout le côté du condo, composé du coin salle à manger et du salon. As Always, a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this condo, this is my 3rd year staying in this condo and it is always a great experience. The only problem was the AC, it did not seem to be cooling like it should but it was not horrible.

Great location! Will stay again!

Overall, we were really impressed with this condo. We've stayed at Beach Club several times over the years and this is probably our favorite one. We only had two small complaints over the week. 1) The dryer doesn't work great. We had to run it multiple times to get a dry load. 2)This condo does not provide a beach set up (umbrella and chairs). This was a first for us and quite a surprise for the price. We ended up buying an umbrella across the street and made it work. Overall, our stay was great and we would recommend this location 100%.

My only complaint is that Paradise Beach Homes should have informed us of all the construction that is going on at the condo complex that had been going on since December of 2023. We would have chose another place. Other than that the condo is as described and such a great place to stay.

Everything was great. 2 issues: the dryer did not latch properly and several kitchen cabinets don't stay closed. Otherwise, we love the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great visit. Unit was repainted and linens refreshed since last visit, which was a pleasant surprise. Perfect location to be at the pool or on the beach in less than a minute and never use an elevator. Perfect for families with young kids or mobility issues. The units near us would smoke cigarettes on the patio most of the day and evening, so we didn’t get to use the patio as much as we would have liked. Would still stay again.

Wonderful Gem of a Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience staying at this property for Spring Break 2024. The condo is definitely nicer inside than the pictures depict which was a great surprise. It is very nicely decorated and felt recently refurbished. The star of the show of this condo is the panoramic views from the expansive living room area. We loved feeling beach front from the living room. The sunrises were stunning. The beds were surprising very comfortable. Usually rental unit beds are terrible but that is not the case here. We all slept great. The condo was stocked with dishes and cookware, so no issues there.We loved being on the first floor. The property is very convenient to walking out the door to the beach or the pool. That was wonderful with two small children. As far as issues we didn't have really any. The hot water does run out very quickly, so you have to be strategic about showers. Also, we had an issue with the floor seeming to be dirty, but we ended up wearing shoes most of the time.We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. I would definitely recommend this property. It was very nice inside, conveniently located, provided wonderful beach front views, had comfortable beds, and ample parking and nice pools. Overall, we would love to come back and would recommend this property to anyone who asks.

Frustrating arrival

I called the management company on the day we left to get instructions for access to the condo. On arrival I went to the designated office and was told they had no reservation in my name and sent me across the street. Thy also had nothing in my name. I pulled up my Amex account to show them and they sent me back to the first office we went to. Very frustrating and confusing. They finally found my reservation when I showed the original office my Amex account.

Better than expected

I wasn’t thrilled about staying on the first floor, but because we had our 22 month old grandson coming, thought it would be a safer choice. This unit is on the corner of the building and very private and quite. Water view was different but beautiful. Unloading two cars was very easy because you can pull almost right up to the unit’s door, drop off then park. Pool and beach access was extremely easy, even with grand-baby in tow. Unit was clean and very spacious, decor was beautiful, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. We did have a refrigerator water filter issue/leak that was taken care of within an hour or so after our call. Would recommend this property and will keep this unit in mind the next time we visit Pensacola.

Great Condo

The only complaint I would even have is that they beach club has chair and umbrella service and can start disagreements on the beach as people even they were setup first the beach service will still setup close to you.

Condo was filthy! Dirty sheets, dead lizard in our bedroom. Someone else socks in our bed.

Someone else socks were found in our sheets. Mildew on shower curtain. Floors and balcony had not been cleaned at all! Dirty cheese grater saved in the cabinet.

Very nice Pensacola Beach Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice beachfront condo! Great pool and beach access. Easy condo access too with no elevator! Well appointed/furnished with all you need, good beds, and big, open great room area. Big, nice deck with electric grill too. Easy check in/out. Would stay here again!A few negatives: A/C not well set up to cool bedrooms (but box fans provided to help); Icemaker broken so had to buy some ice; Fridge shelves broken (but was large enough so minor problem); Quite a few ants and other bugs - we had to deal with to keep off counters and out of food. (Property manager “knew of issues” when we reported - if so, tell us about them up front and compensate accordingly.)

Wonderful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Wonderful balcony. Because it was on the first floor it was so easy to get to the c pool and beach. I would definitely stay again However... I would suggest they update the bedroom TV's. The ones in bedrooms are computer monitor size and really need to be updated. That would have been useful when wanting to rest and get away from the kids or vice versa.. They need to be new enough models to plug in a firestick. That was the only downside to the condo.
