"The Sand Castle" -Généreuse maison de 2 étages pour un grand plaisir en famille

Maison généreuse: 10 lits pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 18 personnes. Grande cuisine et (bonus!) Kitchenette au 2e étage. Piscine chauffée avec veilleuse pour la baignade en soirée. Vous êtes en face de la plage.

Grand salon confortable avec vue sur la piscine chauffée. Ce salon dispose d'une grande télévision, de deux canapés, de deux fauteuils inclinables La-Z-Boy et d'un lit pliant. WiFi haut débit gratuit de 100 Mo. Toutes les chambres disposent également d'une télévision avec Netflix, Hulu et SlingTV. Il y a une (bonus) kitchenette au deuxième étage avec réfrigérateur complet, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle. Cela permet aux grandes familles élargies de s'étaler et d'avoir différentes personnes qui préparent les repas pour leurs enfants, etc. Profitez du farniente au bord de la piscine chauffée dans un pool house blindé. Grill et table de pique-nique dans le patio couvert au bord de la piscine.

Asseyez-vous sur le balcon du deuxième étage et sentez l'océan briser au deuxième étage! Sur ce balcon panoramique, vous avez une vue magnifique sur l'océan (de l'autre côté de la rue) et vous pouvez regarder le soleil se lever sur l'océan. Vous pouvez également voir l'océan depuis la chambre principale au deuxième étage. Il y a un patio arrière au deuxième étage avec une table et des chaises pour profiter d'un repas ou d'une boisson en plein air. C'est vraiment charmant la nuit - regarder les étoiles et sentir la brise de l'océan.

Vous serez à quelques pas d'un restaurant mexicain préféré: Little Dos. et juste au coin de la boutique de crème glacée "The Surfin 'Turtle". Livret de bienvenue fourni avec des choses à faire, des endroits à visiter et d'excellents restaurants locaux. C'est un cadre très relaxant avec un accès facile à la plage, une grande piscine chauffée et beaucoup de confort pour les créatures. Perfect for three families to share while all in town for a reunion. Beach access was stellar and house had plenty of space for us all. Owner was very responsible and accommodating. Would rent again if we all came to the area again.

Sand Castle Satellite Beach

Great place for a larger group. Extremely comfortable beds & well stocked kitchens. Nice bar/restaurant right across the street. My only concern with the location, is the huge rocks & boulders in the surf at the beach area, but the home was perfect for us (9 people). The host is very responsive. We had a fantastic time!

Great beach access

We stayed here with a group of 16 ranging from 4 to 50 years old and were very comfortable. Nice area and great beach access.

Excellent Vacation

The house is exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach and had a great restaurant next door. Beach was very rocky, but we were able to walk down a little and find a spot we could swim. House accommodated our three families only downside was the need to move vehicles as they only wanted two in the driveway, and it was difficult to get bigger vehicles in the small garage.

Fun week in Satellite Beach

This property worked out very well for our extended family visit of 10 adults and 6 kids. The pool was a hit, as was the close proximity of the beach. There were enough bedrooms for every family to have their own, and the washer and dryer was also much appreciated.

Property has it all

Property was great. Kids loved the pool and the closeness to the Beach. Owner was very cooperative and answered all our questions leading up to the visit. Would definitely plan another visit to the house.

We had a great experience with this property for an impromptu trip to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and the location was so convenient. The beach was so beautiful. The Mexican restaurant right across the street was delicious and the ice cream shop down the road perfect as well. We had a great experience.

The Sandcastle Resort

Our stay at the Sandcastle was amazing. It had everything we needed for our large group ranging in age from 1 1/2 yrs to 88 yes. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere and location location location! The Mexican restaurant across the street is fabulous and the ice cream shop a hit with the kids! All in all a perfect spot for a family getaway at the beach! We would definitely come again! Also a plus that you can rent the top or bottom separately for smaller groups.

Really Nice Stay

The house is very spacious and has enough room for a large family. The house had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The owner is very responsive. We did find some dirty blankets and dishes in the dish washer but nothing major. The house is in a great location and we would stay there again.

Great vacation on satellite beach

We had an awesome family vacation. The pool became our living room. The kids loved it. We saw turtles on the beach, we saw a rocket launch. My son is a chef and we enjoyed some most excellent meals. We would all definitely go back again to the same house

Great family house!

We had an extended family group of 7 for Christmas. There was plenty of space with the upstairs being nicely separated. Very comfortable with everything you need. Great location. The host told us everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend!

Very good summer

Great location with all the amenities, walking distance to the beach, enough room for my group, cover patio with and screened pool. There was also a volleyball court by Pelican Park that we have a lot of fun at. Richard was a great communicator and helped answer all the questions along the way.

Outstanding Location

Great experience overall. Fit our party of 6 very well. Loved the pool. Close to beach access and good restaurants. A little mixup with cleaning crew not making upstairs master bed but not a big deal. Great communication with Property manager during our stay. I would rent again.

The Meyers

The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. They spent alot of time in it. The landscape and grounds were immaculately kept. The kitchen extremely well furnished. The proximity to the beach was perfect.The owner, Richard, was easy to deal with and answered questions prior to our arrival promptly. We all had a great time.

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay in Satellite Beach. The house had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was great and we spent many hours playing in it. The beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the beach due to the amount of seaweed. So, we were even more thankful to have a pool. We would definitely stay here again, and are planning to next year.

Great house for large family.

Great house for large family. Family and dining area open and spacious. Close to the beach, great pool and pool area. Close to Cocoa beach, and all your basic needs are within a few minutes, (publix, ABC liquors, CVS, Walmart, Ice Cream Shop, etc.) Lots of local places to eat. House manager was very engaged, checking in several times throughout the week. We had an awesome week of family bonding! You wont be disappointed.

Great House for family vacation

This house is great for large extended family gatherings. We loved the large table for meals together and the large sectional sofa. We spent so much time in the pool too. The house is close to the beach but the road was a little busy to get the little ones across. The wagon we brought helped with that. The owner was fantastic with correspondence and very accommodating! We had a wonderful week together!
