Welcome to our brand-new 3,670 Sq. Ft. beach home—perfect for making magical memories with family and friends! Designed with charming maritime dĂ©cor, it offers a private pool for sunset views, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cozy living areas. With space for up to 12 guests, every detail ensures comfort and relaxation. Come enjoy an unforgettable getaway near the beautiful Florida coast—your dream beach escape awaits!

A self-check-in method with an electronic keypad.

‱ Check-out time is 10:00 am

★ IMPORTANT ★
‱ Barbecue grill is not provided.

Excellent home, close to beach and food/stores. Home was spotless. Beds were comfortable. We were a group of 10 and home was perfect with lots of room. We were able to see 2 launches from the beach.

What a great house!!!

Amazing property and location! We love this area of Florida and we really loved where this home was located. Everything was easy and accessible. The house was huge and we had plenty of space. My only ask is to add a few bedroom tvs!!! If you have a large group, you gotta check out this spot for your next Space Coast adventure!

93rd birthday

We rented the property for my father’s 93rd birthday family reunion. It was a Beautiful house with a main level master bedroom which was perfect for him. The pool and beach were lovely. I would recommend providing a grill, floats for the backyard pool and more dishwashing and laundry detergent. There were no extra blankets in the house and the air conditioning tended to be on the cool side even when the temperature was adjusted. Overall our stay was enjoyable. Plenty of room for our family. Thank you.

Great Property and nice beach access, but


Beautiful house, but some problems. Air conditioning issues. Not enough pots and pans, but enough silver ware for 5 houses. Pool heating on a timer, so it really isn’t warm but for an hour or 2. Houses very close together, thus if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear everything. It was our 2nd year in the community, each year in a different house. Both years we had air conditioning and pool issues. Each year our house was beautiful and well layed out, but the hassle of the air conditioning and pool makes it not a viable option for future stays.

First time to Melbourne Beach

This house was roomy and had everything we needed. The master bedroom mattress is an adjustable bed that raises up/down which is a nice concept, but the mattress was a little uncomfortable where the mattress bends, you can feel that worn place on your back when laying down. We did have issues with the dryer upstairs- dried clothes for hours and it never would dry the clothes. They sent a repairman but he didnt do anything to fix it besides empty the lint trap. Hopefully the dryer gets replaced. Luckily there is a smaller stackable washer-dryer downstairs that was sufficient for our needs but would have been nice to have a larger dryer that worked. Private pool was very nice, we enjoyed that alot. The walk to the beach took us about 8 minutes lugging all of our beach gear. The beach itself was not very crowded so we were pleased about that. There are about 5 beach chairs at the house and several boogie boards available to use which was a nice surprise. Overall it was a very relaxing, fun vacation in spite of these small issues. We loved that our party of 11 could spread out and have their own space!

My family stayed here for 4 weeks and we really like this subdivision (this is our 3rd year vacationing here). The home was as advertised but there were a few small details that future renters may want to be aware of. Our group found the beds to be uncomfortable and some were disappointed that there were not televisions in the bedrooms (1 tv in the lower level living room and 1 in the upper level fanily room). We ran into some issues with the house and the hosts responded within a few hours. We appreciated being able to use the garage space but it is inconvenient that there is no grill (there IS a grill at the house but the lid is locked closed). We paid extra for the pool heater for the length of our stay but it was unreliable at best. The host explained that the heater will freeze up when the outside temps drop and will need time to be defrost which can't happen until the outside temps raise, but the only reason we wanted pool heat was so we could use the pool even on cooler days. Unfortunately, we felt that paying extra for pool heat was a waste of our money. The home is nicely decorated and it suited our needs for our long stay. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates, cups, and such which was great. We really like staying at Harbor Island Beach Club. The beach access is a very easy walk (even for our 6 and 3 year old) and it's nice to be slightly south of the hussle and bussle of town.
