Our Cocoa Beach home is a 3600sqft, two-story (with elevator) 6 bed 5 bath private residence.

Amazing gatherings out back feature a beautiful heated pool, hot tub and comfy lounging around the fire pit. We are located 100 meters to the sand, a 5min or less walk to the Pier, several bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Ron Jon Surf shop and other local attractions are less than 1 mile away.

The kids will love the garage game room with ping pong, foosball, and arcade games!
And everyone will enjoy the beach gear (pictured); bicycles, soft top boards, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more.

This house works out perfectly for a large family. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to have your own private place. The pool was amazing and the proximity to beach and public spaces were superb!! The beach chairs and toys made it possible for our grands to have a great time without overpacking for plane ride! The hosts/owner was prompt to respond and take care of any questions! Highly recommend this lovely home.

This absolutely beautiful home has convenient location for beach access with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available to borrow. It has gorgeous gathering spaces for groups, inside and outside by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped with an ample supply of spices if you’re cooking in. The back yard is a lovely place to relax and recharge. The bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable and the master bath is especially stunning. Make time to show off your ping pong, foosball, Digdug, Galaga or Joust domination in the game room or to stop into the great little neighborhood bar just across the street. Property hosts Edmund and Anna are exceptionally kind and responsive in their communication. Hope to stay with them again sometime!

This property was ideal for our family of twelve to host a gathering. The availability of spacious bedrooms and connecting bathrooms made our stay exceptionally convenient. We were particularly appreciative of the recreational amenities in the garage, which included a ping pong table, foosball table, two free-standing video gaming units, numerous beach chairs, a beach wagon, surfboards, boogie boards, and beach toys. The presence of multiple areas for socializing (dining area, garage fun, back room sitting area, and outdoor pool area) provided flexibility for both group gatherings and individual activities. Additionally, the property boasted an impressive-sized refrigerator in the kitchen, along with additional refrigerators and freezers in the garage, ensuring ample storage space.Anna and Edmund demonstrated exceptional communication skills throughout our stay, from before to after our visit. Before our arrival, they provided us with updates regarding our upcoming stay. During our stay, they promptly responded to any inquiries or issues we encountered and addressed them in a positive manner. After our departure, they followed up to confirm that we were happy and our stay had been satisfactory.The convenient location of the property was an additional perk. On the street to the beach entrance, right across the street to many eating establishments/grocery store and close to town. Definitely a 5 star stay.

The house and amenities were amazing. Our grandkids loved this place. One block form the ocean where the kids would swim and play for 3 hours then back to the house and jump into the pool for a couple of hours.

Great home for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, the property was clean, there were many amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit), great outdoor space and the location was very convenient. We had an excellent stay! The pool and outdoor space are amazing. The inside space was perfect for our adults trip. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The beach was very close and we enjoyed happy hour at the fish camp grill across the street each night.

Perfect Vacation

This place was amazing, truly couldn't find anything wrong. The whole family loved the place. We have rented several houses over the years and this was by far the best. The host has thought of everything to make this a 5 star place to stay.

Our family has lived just south of Cocoa Beach for several decades. We began doing our first vacation rentals far away from home in the late 1990s. Our journey then took us all the way back to our own doorstep to offer our expertise in the beautiful area Cocoa Beach. We love the surf, sand, and laid back beach culture of Florida's Space Coast and are proud to share this experience!
