Sleepy town for adult kids but adorable and relaxing.

We had a good time despite the weather being a bit on the colder side. Wish the beach was nicer and less ants at pool area but services were lovely and will will go back.

It can be a bit quiet for the adult kids but that is changing. An adventure tour business just opened up with e-bike, dirt bike and off road tours which would have been fun for them. Hopefully we can get them back and find some more exciting things for them to do next time. Thank you for staying with us.

Golf vacation

We were 4 couples and the set up of the house is perfect with the kitchen and living area separated from the bedrooms so that nobody gets woken up by early risers. The setting looking out on the golf course is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Maximum Relaxation!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed as our home away from home. It was the low tourist season for Nopolo, so pretty much everything was closed for the season but we enjoyed exploring the quiet streets and adventuring into Loreto for basic necessities. Beds were comfy too! It’s hot and humid in August so we spent most of our time cooling off in the pool or at the beach. The house has AC so we slept wonderfully. Thank you for a wonderful home!

Such mixed emotions

There were 10 of us on this trip. It was our first time visiting Loreto, BCS. We drove from Cabo and upon our late arrival we were met with two very rushed women welcoming us from the management company Momentum Realty. The house has quite a confusing and unnecessary lighting system and controls. We wanted to go in the pool and spa that night but the pool was freezing as was the spa. The whole trip we were unable to figure out the pool/spa situation which was the worst part of the trip. We booked this place simply due to the pool/spa and even after two visits from the concierge and pool guy, no one was able to figure it out. Plus we felt the pool and spa should of been ready to go upon our arrival. Throughout the week we had to call/text our concierge multiple times. We had a rat and needed a trap. Power went out. The golf cart we rented broke. The pool. So many things just weren't seamless. But that also seems to be the vibe of Loreto. Food is scarce. Like very scarce. Shopping is done in Loreto and check the expiration date on everything because we found out the hard way that many of the items were expired the day we bought them. We also were not made aware that there was construction happening next door. This entire Loreto Bay village is being developed which is great, but we were not aware that many homes are still being built, including the one next to us. So as we laid out near the pool each day, we had to listen to hammering, drilling, and worst of all they would walk behind the house to get to their vehicle and supplies which walked right behind the pool wall. The women felt uncomfortable most of the time in their bathing suits with these workers. There are many creatures and bugs here, so be prepared for crickets, grasshoppers and possible cockroaches in your room. The water was also disappointing. The hot water to master sinks and guest room downstairs was not working. The only way it worked was when the kitchen sink was hot we could pull from that but other than that, we were showering and cleaning up upstairs in the other bathrooms that had hot water. The door to the garage was locked the whole time which was annoying because that's where many of the cleaning supplies were and although we had someone come clean daily, it would of been nice to have access to. The washer and dryer also are awful. Don't think the washer washes and the dryer takes forever to dry. Overall just not a great experience for a house that can hold 10 people.

Thank you for your comments, let me clarify some of your points. 1. Our lighting is Lutron and it is very simple you press one button to turn on a number of the lights and another button to turn off all the lights. 2.Regarding the pool and spa, im not aware this was a problem for you which is unfortunate since we can turn the spa on for the guest on our phone. We don't keep the spa on but it is something that only takes about 20 min to heat up when the guest is ready to use it. 3. A rat??? Really. I´m sorry but there are definitely no rats in Loreto Bay, but there may be a mouse. 4. The reason the power went out was because you were charging 2 golf carts on one circuit breaker. 5. Food is scarce in Loreto? I don't even know what that means. 6. Construction next door, yes there is a renovation, but the workers are not permitted to walk past the pool area. If you had let us know we would have put a stop to that right away. 7. Hot water does work. just takes a little time to heat up. 8. There were a lot of crickets this time of the year, that is correct but we do not have cockroaches. 9. The garage is not for guests, this is where we keep all the supplies for the rentals and our personal items. 10. Brand new washer and dryer. 11. House is for 8 people, we made the acceptation for your group. We are sorry to hear your Loreto experience was not for you.

Great space for extended family, but loud.

House was beautifully appointed and it felt like staying in our own mini resort. Many gathering spots and lounge areas. The concierge was very attentive and helped us plan lots of activities and a chef prepared meal in the house. However there is major construction happening about 3 houses down (new condos?), so there is constant noise. This wasn’t disclosed to us. Didn’t ruin our vacation as we were out a lot, but still not what you expect at this price range.

Gorgeous property

The pictures don't fully capture the beauty of this property. We just got back from our first time in Loreto and rented this home for 4 days. It is only 15 minutes from the airport and overlooking a beautiful golf course and man-made lake. There is a private beach area just a few minutes walk where dive boats can pick you up too. But, we really didn't want to leave the property much because it has everything - pool, jacuzzi, fully kitchen stocked with all the essentials and then some, plus a gorgeous master suite with floor to ceiling windows and indoor/outdoor shower. All four bedrooms have their own beautiful bathrooms and the fixtures are luxurious. It was nice that everyone had their own private space. The foosball table, fire pit and several open seating areas on the first and second floors provide great spaces to get together with everyone and also look at the beautiful stars each night. This property is luxury at it's best. Great place to entertain, relax, and very conveniently located to the airport and town. The owner, Tracy, was super responsive to all our questions and requests and there is also a property manager, Arturo, on site who came over in lightning speed just to answer a few questions for us. We will definitely be back to Loreto and are looking forward to staying here again.
