Amazing property and location. Memorable family vacation and we will probably stay there again. Also wanted to comment about my interaction with the property managers that I dealt with and the owner. Not sure if they want me to highlight their flexibility but I wanted others to know how they dealt with me during a time of family crises. Right before we were about to go on vacation, my brother unexpectedly become very ill. I wanted to spend as much time as possible with him while he was in the ICU. Given the uncertainty of myself being able to go on vacation with my family, I told them to go on vacation without me but the kids and grandkids said “heck no”. I reached out to them and told them my situation and they responded letting me know they will work with me to move the week so I could deal with this family emergency! Not every owner and property managers are willing to work with people but they did, which in my view is a try testament to their empathy and wanting to do the right thing for others. We had an amazing vacation, one that I will never forget!

Property was beautiful, clean and great condition. Location is perfect for very fun beach//pool week in the sun. Check-in-out was so easy and property manager great to work with. Beautiful place!

This place exceeded all my expectations! I absolutely loved the property and couldn't have asked for anything more. The pictures don't do it justice. There is so much more room in this house than what we thought, we were just blown away! There was eleven family members staying in this house and we weren't cramped at all and had plenty of space to play games, sit out on the deck or sit poolside. My schedule had cleared unexpectedly and I had asked the owners if it was possible to check in a day early and they said that we could no problem so we were able to start our beautiful vacation a day early and I was so very grateful that we were able to. I appreciate everything! Highly recommend!

Beach music house

We enjoyed the house. It was “as advertised”, had plenty of room, was reasonably quiet (especially considering the large party next to us). The pool was nice, good walkway to the beach. I would easily consider staying here again.

Family vacation

I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient this home is to everything! I highly recommend! The upstairs air went out as we were all getting showers and getting ready for beach pictures, maintenance just happened to be on the property and had it going within 30 minutes. The bedroom layout was great, with plenty of separation.

Beach VACA 2024

Our accommodations were just great for 3 adult couples and 2 young children! The access to the beach was easy(we had a wagon for sand toys) and hired the beach service next to us to set up umbrellas everyday for use! The duplex shares a deck -we did not have neighbors in our duplex but it would be close quarters if we had! It would be great to rent with another family and share the deck space with family or friends! Deck furniture could use an upgrade for sure but the rest of the condo was just great! The deck overlooks the pool which is super convientent. Property managers were very responsive and so nice! I would highly recommend for an Orange Beach Vacation!

Annual Family Vacation

Every year we find a house on the beach with a pool. This place accommodate 10 adults very easily. 4 adults used the bunk beds with no issues. Access to the beach and pool was great. We had no issues to speak of and the weather was great. Thanks for a great week.

Mostly good

This property was a great location and mostly good. However, there were 3 things that, in my opinion, need attention - the dinning table could only seat 6 when it should have sat 10 due to the ridiculous saw horse legs; the downstairs bedroom door window was missing its blinds; and the palm tree outside blocked the view of the beach. The refrigerator died while we were there but the property managers were on it and replaced it that night. They also provided pool floats and beach toys. Some sort of shade at the pool would have been nice.

Perfect vacation home

My friends and I took our kids to the beach, and we all had a blast! Our ages ranged from 10 years old to adults. We loved being right on the beach. The pool was great too. The beach house had everything we could need. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals for our group. We would love to visit again sometime.

Things That Need Attention

!.The bunk bed are in bad condition grandson said the springs poke you in the back. And the slats sags. and he is only 120 pounds.(top) 2. there was not enough Towels for everyone to have one 3. Refrigerator needs to be replaced or repaired we had turn it on to get water or Ice and turn it back off so we did'n have water or Ice in the floor, 4 Washer works good but the dryer takes a long long time too dry. And it's also very dirt all a round the washer and Dryer. 5. Rugs in the Kitchen and by the front door needs to be replaced they are worn-out. 6. I just think for the price I payed for a week stay these things sure not have been over looked

Beach Music 1 is steps from a private beach. The place is very roomy. The kitchen is well appointed. Close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed on this property a couple of times now and will be back. Great amenities in the house. We cooked many meals and found everything we needed. Great access to beach. Great access to stores and activities. Jackie is wonderful to work with and helped us with all our needs. Loved everything! Can’t wait to come back!!

Orange Beach

We had a great experience for our first stay at orange beach. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. Was very welcoming of big family with children and look forward to staying again.
