Let the sea breeze take your worries away while you enjoy your luxurious surroundings. This house provides 4 king size bedrooms & 1 bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and 1 bunk room with 2 Queen beds Freshly remodeled and all new high-end furnishings to relax in. Beach access is across the private drive directly across from the house. Beach views and wonderful double decks are perfect to relax and enjoy cocktail hour. The pool to the rear is shared by both sides of the duplex.
This house is part of the BEACH MUSIC RENTAL HOUSES group. We also offer 4 & 8 bedroom houses.

Great House for Multiple Families

We had plenty of space for multiple families and it was a great location. The host was so nice, very communicative, and worked hard to get the house ready for us to check in early. We would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our annual family trip in February. We have already booked it again for next year. So much room for our group of 17 that ranged from ages 2-56. Easy beach access. Located close to stores and restaurants.

Fantastic beach vacay!

The house is fabulous - immaculate - great location - immunities are excellent. Check was the best we have ever expereinced. Both Kay and Rachel were available - answered their phones personally - each time. Very house has things happen - we had a couple things - between Kay, Rachel and the maintenance crew it was addressed fast, professionally, courteously and with skill. They made the entire stay a great experience. We will try to book with them again! Thanks for a great week! Dave T.

Great trip - Decent place to stay

The property was nice enough. Great location, very easy stroll to the beaches, good layout and comfortable beds. There was a view however we were under the impression that there was a little more of a view. There was minimal seating on the two nice decks, and unfortunately, it wasn't comfortable and it was only on the second floor deck - none on the third floor. We were under the impression that the kitchen sink faucet filter had been replaced, but it had not and we asked to have them fix it and they said they would but never did. It wasn't a huge problem, just a little messy. The door to the deck in the primary bedroom was open when we got there and we discovered why - in order to close it you had to try to lift and slam as hard as you can - it needs to be fixed. There were two towels, a bath mat and a hand towel in most baths however, the 1/2 bath had nothing and the primary bathroom had no bath mat. There were no pot holders, but otherwise, most of what we needed was there. Finally and something that really does need attention is the black mold on the ceiling vent in at least one bathroom. Overall it was a decent place and we had a great time.

Labor Day 2021 Beach Vacay

BEACH 20 did not disappoint in any way!! There were 13 of us and plenty of room. The house was clean, pretty, updated, and perfect for us all. Loved that it was on the beach and that we were at the "dead end" so there was no through traffic. Made it safer for the kids. Rated 5 Stars! We will definitely consider this lovely house again!

Responsive Staff

We liked the house and the location for our age group was good. We asked for some special accommodations in check-in and the staff was exceptionally responsive. Additionally, we found several small issues that the staff immediately answered. We were pleased, and for the price of the rental, not unexpected service.

Awesome place

So close to the beach and surrounded by high tide condos, this townhome gave you a home like feeling while the rest of the beach was overpopulated. Loved it!

Some issues

For the price we felt that things should have been in better shape. Great location and the house was plenty big and very nice. Several things that were broken: railing, shower door, drawer in bathroom, kitchen faucet, outdoor grill, doors to outside, etc. In spite of the inconveniences, we had an amazing vacation.

Perfect size and location for our family

The house was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. The beach was just a short walk down a private walkway and the on-site pool was convenient and refreshing. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this house and location in the future.

Brand New Beach House!

The location of the property was fabulous! With a nice, open floor plan, a well stocked kitchen and an easy walk with private boardwalk to the beach, this house makes for a great vacation. The owners/managers were very communicative and helpful. We would not hesitate to book with them again!
