This place gave me the relaxation I needed

This was a great find. It was perfect to the beach and the pool. It had everything we needed to feel like home. The decor was updated nicely, down to the plates. Mattresses slept great. I like the hooks on the balcony to hang wet swimsuits. The grounds were nice and relaxing. I will be back and this will be my spot.

Great condo and location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to beach and walking distance to beach side restaurants. The only knock against the condo was the slow drain in the master bath sink. That will be an easy fix for the owner. We just brushed our teeth in bath #2. How great is that? Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Condo with Basic Amenities

Very nice condo and complex. Good location. Description is accurate but there are no extras...no beach towels, toys, or chairs. That's a lot to pack if you are flying in. Also, bring your own coffee, sugar & creamer...first days coffee not provided. Not a big deal but, we got in after midnight, it would have been nice to be able to brew a pot when we woke up.

Great Family Vacation Home

Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home directly on the beachfront. It was a little weird our first visit going through the gate to get to the correct Sunchase facility. Nonetheless, we found it. Parking is extremely limited and that is why they are strict on parking passes. Building was clean upon arrival. Plenty of linens and towels. Door was hard to open to get on patio. Had chairs and kid toys to take to beach. Washer/Dryer was available but you needed your own detergent. Close to a lot of different restaurants within walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby on the island to get necessities, but everything is a higher price than what you are accustomed to paying. I would recommend for anyone traveling with kids.

Great location, non- responsive management

The location of this property is perfect if you are looking for a short walk to the beach. However, we had a couple of issues with the unit. First, we accidentally got locked out of our unit, made multiple calls to management and called the emergency number provided. We finally got back in, but never received a return call from management. Second, the shower head in the guest bathroom did not work. We didn't report to management because we knew we would not hear back from them. A second shower is one of the reasons that we selected this unit. Third, the pool was under construction, which we were not notified ahead of time. Beyond those issues, the overall property is nice, location is perfect, but I don't know if I would stay there again.

Great beachfront location!

We loved this rental for our first trip to SPI. The location was perfect, being able to walk to the beach and be right next to the pool was fabulous. The rental itself was pretty good, only issue was the master bed is definitely collapsing in the middle. Overall we had a great time, we went to the beach in the evenings as the sun was setting. Thanks again!

Great visit!

For a family of three with an 8 month old this condo was perfect. Have been staying at Sunchase IV and condos for almost 15 years and this was one of the best condos yet. Great location, clean living quarters, comfortable beds, great view and a family oriented building. Furniture wasn’t the same as photos but seems more functional with frequent beach trips each day. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

The price was right. The building is dated but taken care of and it was a quiet enjoyable location with great access to the beach. The apartment was spacious and very nice kitchen, living room and patio. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. Mattresses were all too soft and sagged in the middle. I used a pillow in the center to lift it up but uncomfortable. Eventually slept on the twin. No blow dryer. Batteries dead on remote and no hot water in one shower. Overall clean but bathrooms had mold and hair on shower wall. Dryer vent in laundry room was disconnected, so lint was on walls.
