Edgewater #102

Leave your worries at the door and step into a tropical state of mind! Edgewater is an outstanding beachfront complex in excellent condition. It is completely gated for extra security and features a large heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, elevator, and well-landscaped grounds with full-time maintenance personnel that keeps the property in tip-top condition. Edgewater is centrally located and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment options.

This beachfront condo has plenty of seating room to relax after a day of fun in the sand! It has free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, along with a washer and dryer for guest use. It includes bath towels and lines as well. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—The Master has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds + a trundle. It is conveniently located on the ground floor with quick and direct access to the beach. You will (literally) be steps away from the pool and ocean! Did we mention you have your own private wrap-around deck to watch the sun rise or the waves roll in? Don’t delay; book your stay with us!

Nice beachfront property

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen was appreciated as we like to cook. Beach towels were provided which was very convenient.

Not what was expected

The property had many problems and was certainly not a 10 star property. The Blinds in the main room was broken and none of the windows opened. The place had a very stale smell. Also, it needs to be noted that this is a ground floor property by the swimming pool and was very noisy and a limited view to being on the ground floor. The place needs a renovation.

Long Weekend Getaway

Growing up, the Edgewater, was always our go-to place to stay. It’s been decades since we last stayed at South Padre and it was so nice to see that the condos and building itself are in tact. The best part is that everyone seemed to be on the same page in terms of “vibe”. A charming tranquil place without the ruckus of any parties going on. Security guards are also really helpful and nice. Would highly recommend.

We will be back!

We loved this property! Very well located, a few steps from the pool and private access to the beach. Close to all the shops we needed and a couple blocks from the Gravity Park. It was perfect for our family of 5 with a teenager and two 5-year olds. We will be back!

Excellent place to stay!

This is an amazing condo. The location is supreme. The pool is right out the door and access to the beach is super convenient. You can walk to many great restaurants and shopping. This is definitely the place to rent when visiting South Padre Island. We hope to return someday and rent this condo again. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is the perfect temperature.

Very clean and confy!

This property was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and was walking distance to many stores and bayside bars and restaurants. The pool is perfect size and the beach is very near.
