2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, Condo pour 6 personnes. Vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, le salon et le coin petit-déjeuner. La chambre principale a un lit queen avec salle de bain et grand dressing. La deuxième chambre a également un lit queen size. Salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size. Laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo, avec lave-vaisselle, mixeur, cafetière, etc. 3 téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble. Wifi gratuit. Piscine et bain à remous inclus. Il y a un ascenseur et des escaliers pour accéder à ce penthouse. Dernier étage, unité de coin avec terrasse enveloppante et vue directe sur l'océan! Tu dois le voir pour le croire. Il y a une douche extérieure pour enlever le sable de vos pieds et pour nettoyer les jouets de plage du kiddo.

I took my 2 granddaughters to this condo and we had such a wonderful time! A beach view with beach access just a few steps away was perfect. We used the hot tub and pool every day too!

Great location and unit

Quick walk to beach, elevator available, spacious and comfortable. All the kitchen things, beach stuff including chairs, toys, boogie boards. Perfect getaway!

Relaxing stay

Rented the condo for a month. Really enjoyed being able to look out the window or sit on the balcony and see the beach. Quiet, clean and well furnished condo. Communication was easy and fast. Would stay again

Great location

Great location being across the street from public beach access. Had an issue with air conditioner not cooling, owner answered when I called and had it fixed that day by the time we got back from the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable & has all you need for your stay. Will book again.

Great area, perfect getaway!

Our family of 4 had a great week at the condo. The View was really awesome, beds comfortable, and A/C kicking. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the pool and hot tub were used every day for the kids. We would recommend and certainly would return. Great Rental, many thanks!

Great location

This condo is across the street from the beach, and you can see the water from the windows. There is an elevator which helps a lot when carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor, and the property is well stocked with beach toys, chairs for the beach, towels, soap/shampoo, extra blankets and more. It had everything we needed we all loved our time here.

Great condo near the beach!

This was a great place. Beautiful view of the ocean and great breeze on the patio. Perfect location. Close to a lot but not in a busy part of the island. The condo was even nicer than the pics and well equipped. Had one slight issue with AC but Mike had it taken care of quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

This is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious condo. The kitchen is well appointed and large. The rooms are nicely decorated with very comfortable beds I appreciate the manager getting back to me in a timely many with my many questions Great view of the beach from the kitchen and porch and it’s a quick and easy walk to the beach Highly recommend staying here

Nice spot, great view

We enjoyed the place! Good sized for a family of 5, and awesome views! Lock on the front door gave us issues from day one, but we were able to get in touch with the owners that had several solutions. Was only a minor inconvenience, but got worse before it got better. Ended up having to share a key with the family, which was a pain, but overall enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great. Unobstructed views of the gulf and of alberto coming in. Not everyone can say they had a front seat virew of a tropical storm, but we did. Mike was great. Highly recommend the condo. AC worked great, kitchen nicely equipped, only this missing was sunshine.

June SPI Vacation

The property was absolutely amazing the pictures did it no justice. this was in a prime location to the beach and local entertainment. the beach was within walking distance and we could set up a canopy on the beach and go back to the condo to enjoy the lunch and still see our canopy from our balcony. The property owner Mike Was real easy to talk to and he answered all the questions he even had a notebook set up inside the condo with all kinds of information for the island this is a must place to stay.

Great SPI stay!

We arrived on a Monday and stayed through Thursday! The property manager/owner was extremely thorough with communication and the check-in and check-out process! The condo had an amazing view and was a perfect stay from the beach!! We walked to the beach everyday! The property provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys!! It was so helpful and perfect! The condo was a perfect fit. I cannot say enough good things about this property!! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

Adequate for our purposes

Relatively quick access to the beach (walk across the street and through a parking lot) Appliances all worked well and were clean Air conditioning worked well Property owner reached out via email to ask me to sign an additional rental agreement beyond that which was on vrbo, which I found odd. Overall, decent stay, had a great time with my family. I will very likely be returning to South Padre, though it’s unlikely I would stay here again, as I prefer a nice view.

Great condo across the street from the beach with views of the ocean

Condo was just as listed. Mike was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. The condo itself was nice and perfect for our family. The area was very nice and quiet. There are no restaurants in the immediate area, but it’s just a short walk on the beach or drive to them. tenants within the condo complex were very nice as well. The condo affords a view of the ocean and access is just across the street. Mike also provided a bundle of beach items that can be used for your stay as well. We will definitely be coming back to SPI.

Home Away from Home

My family and I had a great experience staying at Mike’s condo during Labor Day weekend. The condo was very clean and very homey. The location was excellent! With beach access just across the street made our day at the beach easy and enjoyable. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. As for groceries, I did use the H‑E‑B app and requested delivery service. This was a great time saver and I avoided having to driving back to Port Isabel. Overall we had such a great time it was difficult for us to leave. Because of this experience we will be planning more frequent trips to South Padre. Mike is an amazing host and was always available. Thanks again Mike!!
