Maison de 2200 pieds carrés, construite sur le flanc des collines du lac Travis. 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes. Grande cuisine qui s'ouvre sur le pont, laveuse / sécheuse de grande capacité. Air central et la chaleur, une vue imprenable de l'immense pont de 2 étages. Grill extérieur et accès à l'eau. Piscine communautaire, parc avec playscape et rampes de bateau, centre de fitness gratuit, bibliothèque et restaurant flottant à proximité. Tous les draps et serviettes fournis. Chambre des maîtres avec lit King, chambre en bas avec lit Queen et causeuse, 2 autres chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux chacune. Grand canapé dans le salon, lit pliant disponible.

This is a beautiful property with a great view of the lake. This home is pet friendly and spacious. We enjoyed the open kitchen, large couch in the living room and comfortable beds. There's a spacious deck to enjoy sitting outside to relax. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Everything was great about the property! We took our boat and jet skis. There wasn’t room to park at the house but easily accessible additional parking in the area, made up for this small hiccup. The driveway is steep as mentioned in the listing but manageable. There are lots of stairs on the property, but as long as you don’t have handicap needs this isn’t a problem. Beautiful place to stay! Full stocked kitchen! Loved staying here!

Family getaway for the Fourth

Great property. Wonderful space to walk around or just sit and enjoy the view. Accommodated our large group. Very well stocked. Would recommend for anyone looking for a summer getaway.

Awesome lakehouse with incredible view. The house was stocked with everything you need. The house was clean and tidy. The only con was the basement bedroom did not have any a/c unit as advertised .

Had a great couple of days at the property. View of the lake from the decks is wonderful. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed everything about the property. Hope to stay here again some day.

Fantastic spot on Lake Travis

We had a great time at William's property on Lake Travis with our children, extended family, and dogs. The deck provides a great view of Lake Travis, as well as a propane fire pit table to relax in the evening. We brought our Bluetooth speaker for music outside as William advised there are no speakers on the deck. The deck provides easy access via a gate for dogs to walk to a fenced in area. This was great to get them out in the morning rather than having to put them on a leash. Very cool! We all said we would love to rent this property again. There a bit of stairs involved with this house, so plan properly with young children. We brought an extra child gate just in case, and the stair areas are very wide and a little difficult to block. Thanks William!

It was so beautiful. The house was clean, they kept in touch with me throughout the stay to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Overall I would love to go back. they are wonderful host.😁😁😁

Great quiet getaway - quick lake access

Great decks. The bedrooms are essentially on three levels so you feel spread out and private. The basics were provided for, so pack light or double check with property Mgr. Home has modern updates. Super short walk to the lake (2 mins max). TV is already setup with a Fire stick and Chromecast. Eating out options are good if you drive 30 mins out (it is worth the drive if you don’t want to cook.) We used the Pronto delivery service - it worked out but menus are limited and because the food places are far off, expect a wait. Great experience with property manager (informative, prompt).

We loved our 3 days at this property. The home was amazing. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Then the view and access to the lake was incredible. Highly recommend this home. Mark PS the owner always responds fast and is very helpful

Beautiful Home - On the Water, Lake Views!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We had a work retreat at this beautiful home on Lake Travis. The house was extremely clean, spacious and the views off the deck were extraordinary. Everything was as it was described and William was very responsive leading up to our stay. We hope to be back for our retreat next year!

Great spot for relaxation

We spent a weekend with family in William's comfortable house on LakeTravis. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake for swimming and hanging out in the Texas sun. The house is fully equipped and we enjoyed the comfortable living and kitchen spaces.

A fantastic lake house property!

This house was absolutely perfect! There is a very spacious living room, and we loved the huge outdoor porch. Michael was very accommodating and beyond helpful leading up to our trip. I would definitely stay here again for our next lake trip!
