Rental agreement required to be signed within 48 hours of booking. Guests must upload their ID for verification purposes. The booking guest must be the one staying at the property. No third-party bookings allowed.

SECURITY CAMERAS are in use at the property. Cameras are positioned at the entrance of the property, facing the parking area. There is a camera positioned to face the dock, and another on the dock, facing the water. No security cameras or recording devices are inside the home. Tampering with security cameras is grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
