We loved our stay in the townhome! So inviting and cozy, lots of room. Nice patio to eat and hang out. We also loved that we could do so many activities at arms reach. Loved the comminuty with access to swimming pool, pickleball, fishing, and restaurants. And Melissa was so quick to respond to questions we had. Would love to come back!

The house was spacious for a family of 5. We loved the view of the lake. It is also very close to the floating restaurant and boat rentals which we took advantage of. We really enjoyed the house and our stay.

My family of 5 stayed here for spring break! The photos don’t do it justice! Beautifully decorated home with amazing views to wake up to each morning. I loved the kids rooms being downstairs so we could have less noise and more privacy upstairs. This home was very inviting and intentional. I Made breakfast on the Blackstone each morning overlooking the lake. We rented a golf cart to explore the neighborhood amenities. My kids really enjoyed the sand volleyball, basketball court and fishing. We also rented a boat at liquid thrills and our captain was very knowledgeable touring the lake. 10/10 recommend and hope to be back soon. I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay more enjoyable.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed all the amenities of the home, especially the pool and the deck overlooking the water. The deer on the property were pleasing to see and we spent a lot of time at the park playing disc golf, fishing, or rock hunting. The house had everything we needed and the host is nice, helpful, and responsive. We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay

The house was really beautiful and close to the lake. The view from the house was great. The house was well stocked and was very clean when we walked in. The property is well maintained. The community has a beautiful pool and a beach park along with a tennis court. There's a sports bar and grocery store very close. We loved our stay!

This delightful hill country lake house was exactly what my husband and I needed as a quiet holiday getaway! You could tell it is a much loved home: everything was clean, the king bed was deeply comfortable, and the amenities were intuitively placed throughout the home. I don’t normally notice things like interior design, but everything about this place down to the art on the walls brought me peace and joy. That’s not even to mention the magnificence of sunrise over the water from the deck, or the quiet charm of the deer passing by the ground level patio. We loved the home so much we spent our whole trip there, and we had no issues receiving food deliveries. Melissa was warm and welcoming in all our communications, and her guide to the area made our stay even smoother. We really could not have had a better stay, and we will definitely be back very soon!

Quick Visit to Point Venture

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. It is nicely decorated, spacious and has beautiful views! We also had fun giving the deer their "breakfast" and exploring the pretty parks in the area. Thank you, Melissa...we'll visit again!

Paradise!

This property is gorgeous and has so much room! We had 6 guests and we all slept comfortably. Melissa is a great host! Very communicative and the entire trip went smoothly. Location is beautiful and peaceful, home is immaculate, and views were amazing! Highly recommended!

Lovely views

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The kitchen is a bit small but the large deck makes up for it. I would suggest adding more hooks and/or towel bars in the bathroom, but overall we were very much at home.

We all had a great time! The host was very informative with directions, tips, and information. Super fast responses to any questions. House was clean and lots of extra towels and such throughout the whole house. We loved it!

2022 Bormes Family Vacation

The house was perfect for me, my kids, their friends and a bonus. We all got to send time with my brother who we haven't been able to connect with due to his military service. There are several local activities / attractions to take on a new adventure every day. Definitely a redo vacation stay!

Very clean and comfortable

We had a great stay! Very clean and the owner provided all the basics and more. Very responsible when needed. Cute townhouse! Right across the street from tennis courts, down the street from a 9-hole golf course and an easy drive down to Captain Pete’s for lunch/dinner and boat rentals. Very comfortable for our family of 5!
